Here are some questions and answers that I did for Svetlana Lanka who is a reporter living in Stalingrad, Russia.  She writes for a UFO magazine which has 200,000 subscribers.  We could not communicate by phone so I sent her our book via 3-mail, condensed, and she wrote the questions and I wrote the answers back to her:

1.  “Did your two friends (named Lois and Don) bother to have a look at the   clock when they arrived home that night of November 16th, 1996?”

-    No, Lois and Don just felt it was “late”.  Probably a reaction to oversleeping the next morning and having the crew awaken them at 5:30 a.m.  Don always got up at four thirty a.m., that’s why he usually went to bed at 9:30 p.m. each night.  I did not have to work on Saturday so I have no exact time remembered that I awoke the next morning, probably around 9:00 a.m. which would have been sleeping in, for me.

2.  Why is the Big Guy so often associated with a lizard?  Except his skin, was there anything else in his appearance that could have caused such associations?
-    I was not aware I alluded to the Big Guy as “lizard” in appearance.  Actually he looked like a typical grey.  His skin had, from a distance, a rough alligator or lizard outward look to it but it was literally very soft like velour or dog pads.  Perhaps “worked leather” is a better phrase like an old comfortable leather coat feel.  That’s probably a better description of his skin.  I never felt the small greys, only the Big Guy’s face.

3.    How can you distinguish “your” greys, if they all look alike?  You mention that in your childhood, aliens let you play ball with alien kids.  And there were several human kids too.  Did you ever see any hybrid children?  If not, what for would the greys collect the sperm samples?

-    I asked that same question of myself!  How did I know those two adult greys were the same kids I played with at five, seven and twelve years of age?  They do all look alike at a quick glance.  It is similar, I suppose, to thinking that all Eskimos look alike until you get to know one well.  Then, that particular Eskimo looks different from the rest.  There must be subtle facial differences.  If I sound like I am unsure, I am.  How do I know they were all male?  I don’t know – I just do know that they were male.
-    I don’t know if I was sophisticated enough to know a hybrid from a human person.  I would imagine that if a child looked “acceptable” to me as a five year old child, I would deem that child a human.  I know that the word “alien” was not in my vocabulary at five years of age.  I would have just thought of the alien kids as “very different” from other kids.  Actually, you just triggered a memory from my childhood.  We had a boy in my catholic school who joined all of us in the 3rd grade.  (We had 52 kids in our class

-    and one nun taught all the subjects.)  The boy was named Zach.  Zach was an albino.  White skin, pink squinty eyes and snow white hair.  Our teacher spent an hour explaining Zach’s ‘condition’ in hopes of avoiding some or all of us making fun of Zach.  As odd as Zach looked, I kept thinking that he had a very familiar look to him.  Familiar to me or – alien?  I didn’t think he looked weird like the other kids did.  We became very good friends.
-    Did the greys even have hybrid children in 1946?  I don’t know.  My sperm samples started at age twelve, which was in 1953.

DISCREPANCIES:

4.  You write:  “My childhood period was from 1941 through 1957…Nadine was not born at the time.”  However, the two of you are the same age, right?  And you not only wrote to me in one of your messages but also you mentioned it in the book itself:  “Peggy and I are both fifty-five years of age that year.  Our birthdays, Peggy and mine, are just one week apart.”  How is that?
Nadine is not our age.  Nadine is much younger.  Peggy, (my wife) and I met in 1992.  I was married for twenty years until my wife died of complications of Diabetes.  Peggy’s birthday is May 22, 1941 and my birth date is May 15, 1941.  We are the same year, one week apart.  Peggy had three grown daughters when I met her.  One daughter only, Carmen, has three girls of her own now ages five, ten and twelve.

These are all step-daughters and step-grandchildren to me.  I have no children of my own.  I don’t think of them in those terms so I did not use that exacting terminology in the book.

5.  You state you had been abducted many times but the 1996 time was the first for Peggy, why her and why more abductions?  She is past childbearing years, correct?

-    Even Peggy has raised the question of why.  If that first abduction of hers was simply opportunity, why three times more?  Also, those abductions happened while I was home and I was not abducted at the same time.  No, Peggy has not been able to conceive for many years, long before I met her.  

6.About the time of your arrival home.  You mention that you saw 2:01 on the clock and Peggy keeps saying it was 4:01.  Was the inconsistency ever explained?

-    Peggy still sees 4:01 a.m. on the clock and I see 2:01 a.m.  We have never reconciled those two times.  We have not even tried to explore the reasons for the differences.

7.    In one piece you mention that from the age 16 you already voluntarily undressed and folded your clothes aboard the ship, without the help of aliens.  Why then on the 15 of November 1996 you were coming back to your car with your clothes so strangely out of order?  Weren’t you supposed to have been undressed and then dressed all by yourself?

-    That’s a good question.  I truly have no idea why they either “helped” or dressed me.  I only know, like most humans, I never put my clothes on incorrectly.

8.    You claim it was a one-way communication with aliens, yet you still mention questions and answer conversations.  Isn’t that a contradiction?

-    Perhaps I should have been more specific.  Most communication was in picture or thought form.  Some words and phrases do not have picture equivalents for the mind.  For example:  “Do not be afraid, we will not hurt you.”  Those were words told to me, not pictures.  The word “tala” was told to me, as well.  No picture.  Further when I say “I asked” or “I said”, nothing was verbal.  Only the question-thoughts formed in my head and the greys knew and read the thoughts.  I verbalized no words, out loud, at any time that I know of.  I do think I mentioned this in the book.  The worker greys and the Big Guy all recognized my thoughts as soon as my mind formed them.

THOUGHTS AND OBSERVATIONS:

9.  I am sure some skeptics and professional critics will pour an avalanche of criticism upon your book.  Just as one example using hypnotherapy regression.  Are you ready for that?

-    Hey!  No critic could ever be as tough as all the newspapers reports back in 1996.  Every single paper found a rebuttal witness who claimed to be an ‘expert’ in the field, to refute the sighting.  It seemed to me as if those reporters had a moral duty to prove it could not have happened.  A very similar scenario exists with the famous “Phoenix Lights” which thousands of people saw, dozens videotaped and yet, the discrediting effort continues, from March of 1997 to the present day.  Nine years of denial and silly pseudo-explanations.  (i.e. flares dropped from planes in a row.)

10.  You watched the tapes while writing the book, does this not “contaminate” the evidence?

-    Yes, we both watched “some” of the videos.  I watched all of them in order to transcribe it to a book.  There are two reasons for this:
1.    I don’t consciously remember even half of what is written in the book.  Peggy can’t even consciously remember ten percent of what is in the book!  By the time we had driven home from each hypnotic session, we lost almost all frontal memory of what had just transpired.  The alien instruction to “forget” is more powerful than any drug or inducement I have ever known.

2.    I first wrote all this as a record of what happened.  I knew so little, at the time, about alien abduction I had no knowledge of “tainted testimony”.  Peggy’s recollections under hypnosis were always vague, compared to mine.

Only Peggy’s last three abductions are clear in detail and I know nothing about those in any depth.  I was not a witness.  I was not there after the abduction.

Finally, it took three years, twenty-six agents and eighty-nine publishers who all refused to publish the work before I found two great guys, Paul and Phil at the Invisible College Press who were brave enough to do the deed.  We truly appreciate their fortitude.

I have been investigating UFOS since 1965, that is 40 years, and although I have literally interviewed 1 to 2,000 people in that time, reports of triangular UFOS have been few and far between. Most of what I have got though, excludes any possibility of them being the American Stealth bomber, which according to sceptics seems to have been seen here, there and everywhere before it got off the drawing boards.
J. Linch worked at .Collington Mansions Post Office at Bexhill-on -Sea, the Summer of 1973 5.30 p.m. she was leaving work, when she saw to her surprise a silent triangular disc shaped object hovering about 30 yards above her. It being so low looked huge and well below the clouds. It had a red and green light at the corners and at the top a white light. These were going on and off for about 10 minutes. She looked around to share this experience, but no one was about, although later some of her colleagues said they had seen this and were mocked. She said it was gone in less than a second.
As long time Ufologists will know, I was based in Bexleyheath, Kent and investigated reports in London and the Southern counties from 1965 to 1983. I think the first such F .T report I had from my area, was on the 2nd September 1978 a flap year in North Kent. Mr and Mrs Taylor, their children Christopher II yrs. and Angela 7 years asked me in great excitement to go over to their house. I was pretty well know there and the Police often rang immediately they l were given a UFO report, so my husband and I went, to join them. Within a short time of the occurrence. all the neighbours came out from their houses on that road in Bamehurst. All were telling me of the small dark metallic object flying 200ft over their front gardens. This triangle was pulling slowly like a kite does in strong wind. It had green, I white, red and amber lights in it. These lights defused no light, but there was aglow in front and the back of the object  which was 25ft approx. and left a large vapour trail. What impressed them most was that it had no depth, which puzzled the neighbours on both sides of the road.
So let me jump in time to a similar report early. It happened in the evening of 12th January 1990 8.45 pm. this took place in North Wales by Bala Lake. David Heddwyn Jones is a Chiropodist and was returning home from work on the Rhydmain/Dolgellau road leading to Bala, when he saw a small triangular craft hovering about 15 feet off the sheep field, by the road side. He stopped the car and walked to the grass verge. There was four feet fencing to prevent the sheep from straying, but he was only a few feet from the Craft and walked about to try and see what it looked like at the back, as it appeared to have no depth at all. It was about 30ft at the base where 'a white line of fluorescent like light was across the base', also small green lights above this and at the sides. It was metallic grey, quite still and soundless. This road runs through a valley, it was a very light evening so Farmers in houses in the hills around, were watching this Object which they saw come down to the field. When it started to move horizontally. 'it did so as though it was riding waves, and went quite slowly'.
John Hughes a WFIU member from Caernarfon was working with another man on the sea front at Tresor, (not far from Bangor) when they saw a small triangular object come from inland pass quite close by them, not far off the ground, to over the sea. It was grey/black metallic, making no sound, but it ‘did pull along as a kite does in the wind'. It was only about 23 ft across the base they said. This was in the afternoon on the 5th July 1996.
Sunday the 9th February 1986 approx. 5p.m. to 5.30 p.m This young couple T .Kovacs from Rhyl and her boy-friend R.Gronow from Llandudno were returning home on the M6, with T .K ' s small child on the back seat of the car. It had snowed heavily and the whole countryside was white. So this in contrast was startling, they saw this flaming red/ orange triangular Object flying slowly over fields alongside the motorway, with red flames fanning out behind it. It eventually went slowly down on to a field, where it then vanished, but the fan shaped flame stayed distinctly visible in the dull white sky, for mile upon mile, they could see it in the distance. It had been dull daylight all day with no sun visible.
11.50 p.m. 27.2.1986 Taxi Driver Mr .Jones spotted a triangular craft at very low altitude when crossing over the Aston by-Pass at Queensferry. N. Wales
11.20 p.m. 5th March 1986 Flint, N. Wales Taxi-driver Keith Bailey whilst driving along Coed-onn-Lane,Flittt observed 6 large oval lights -green, white,green, white with a darker triangular area below. It was stationary in the sky, but the lights flashed green and white alternately
8.40 p.m. 5th March 1986 -Taxi-driver Frances Martin saw a spectacular array of lights fairly low over the River Dee, near Shotton. N. Wales Sketch sent but no other detail.

23rd August 1986. 9.30am to 10am. Miss R.Griffiths, a librarian, was at Mold taking her dog for a walk on this bright sunny morning with a clear blue sky, when she saw a metallic silver triangular Cone, quite low down. It was in the one spot, but revolved and sent out long flashes of white, then blue/green beams, like laser beams. It was tilted to one side. Two young boys passed by and she pointed it out to them. They would not look up, but looked at her as though she was nuts, and then walked on. It was extra warm and sunny that day and this Lady was a very observant and good witness. During the time, a small aeroplane passed quite low o-over the Object. It was still revolving as it went off, not terribly fast in the direction of Loggerheads near Ruthin. She could see it for quite awhile in the distance, although it had not been a large craft.
12th May 1994, 12 midnight or so. Denbigh, N. Wales
A friend from Scotland was visiting Alison, they had a late meal and were in the Kitchen chatting and washing up, there was a wide window above the sink. They both gasped as the entire kitchen window area was filled with the sight of a fleet of triangular UFOS over the wooded area of the hills above the Industrial Estate below them. Alison's house being on a hill slope, they were looking downwards. The Objects were hovering just above or on the tree tops and were white, they tried to count them, about 18 they thought. An invisible line seemed to go across them dimming them as it went, as it got to the last one the Objects would vanish, then  reappear in the same spot. After 20 minutes of intently watching this performance, Alison ran to call her friend and neighbour Rhian, who ran back with her, her Scottish friend stayed by the window watching, but the Objects disappeared as they returned.
It should be explained that as they were on a hill, the gardens were lower than the bungalows with high fencing, From the garden they could not see the hilly area or Industrial Estate below, so that these Objects were really very low to the ground. I went to Denbigh the following morning and spoke to Alison's neighbours one of whom said he saw this, also a Security Guard, at the Industrial Estate below. He said a number of people had reported this to him when it was happening. I put a lot of effort into this Investigation and it was frustrating, as although a number of people on that estate did see this, they were not willing to talk to me and the Security Guard said he would lose his job if I publicized it.
On the night of 3lst July 1994 Robert Chatterton and Virag, his Yuogslav girl-friend, were invited to a teen-agers party at Western Heights near isolated Army Barracks in Dover, Kent. This is a favourite spot for picnics, and these youngsters had food, coke and soft drinks. They were enjoying themselves. Robert and Virag were 19 years of age and Art Students. At first they saw what looked like a window in the dark sky above them, they saw three blue balls in a triangular shape go into this 'window'. Then a strange looking cone, also triangular at the top part , was seen going in an up and down flight (illustration enclosed). A third Oval with a dark centre went in a wavy line across the sky. They tried to point out all this activity above them to the other youngsters, who were sitting on the grass a bit apart from them, but they appeared not to notice. At any rate they paid no attention.
Robert is the son of Dave and Rose Chatterton one time Essex UFO researchers, who were friends of mine so I had known him from infancy. Dave had a very weird experience in Yorkshire with UFOS in his youth. Rose was working as a nurse in Dartford Heath Hospital in 1978 when she had UFOS follow her on her bicycle for many weeks during an intense wave of UFO activity in North Kent that year .So do these Aliens tab certain families? I have come across so many reports of this over the years, that  I believe they do.
On the 11th October 19946 pm. a Tuesday, the Witness working in a computer firm, was returning home after work at Denbigh. A low flying triangular Object with lights inside the pointed part of it, came from over the Colmendy Estate and passed over the road at a height at which it barely skimmed the roof of the Shell Garage, at the base of the main " Denbigh hill road." So he was in no doubt that it was 75 ft across the base, he estimated, as he was at that point almost level with the garage in his car. It was then lost to his view in that area of built up houses.
On the 25th June 1996, 10.33 p.m. A country lane in Tremerichon from St. Asaph, North Wales. The witnesses, an aunt and her niece 18 years old, whom I interviewed more than once. This again being one of those families who are singled out over a period of years for UFO experiences. Grandparents, Uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces. I talked to some of them, who had some very close encounters over the years.

This lady only, did not want their names given, as they lived in a tied house which went with their jobs, on a large estate. They were afraid that they would be sacked and end up without a home, if their employers in the Manor House knew.
They were returning home and had to pass a large farm, along this lane when they saw a small craft descending from the hills in the distance, to the farmers field , alongside which there was a line of electricity pylons, then object then stopped between them.The farm is called Hafod-y-Coed and it is bordered by 4ft approx. hawthorn hedging, with 4 farm gates at intervals. They stopped the car at the first gate and watched this small object hover about 20 ft off the ground in the cow field between the pylons. It was about 25ft at the base, jet black with a brilliant white light. In one corner, it was slightly tilted forward and they could see what looked like car spoilers hanging on the under- side. As one side of the craft was in darkness, they thought it was pyramid shaped   They then drove on to Gate 2, watching it over the hedge all the time. They stopped again getting out of the car. Between Gate 3 and 4 was the large farmhouse, extensive barns, cattle sheds etc. the object barely skimmed these and stopped with them at Gate 4. Then it passed barely skimming their car, this totally unnerved them  They then noticed two cars, one a mustard colour, also stationary and the occupants watching from the other side of the road. They swerved past them and drove erratically fast home. On reaching the Aunt's house, the Object now passed directly over her house, but from that angle looked oval shaped. They assumed the car passengers had called the police, as a noisy police helicopter followed shortly after., and it continued to circle over the area..
Two years previously this Lady's 14 yrs. old son and his friend from next door the same age, were cycling along the Bodfari road, below the T .V. mast receiver. The spot where I have received continual UFO reports over the years. A large triangle shaped craft came down and positioned across the road, a few feet off the ground. It spanned the whole road, and small blue lights kept sparking down the left side of it. The boys got off their bikes and were petrified. They eventually got home very shaken. Regretfully I have lost this report so am unable to give exact details. I have been searching the overflow of files in my garage for it and hopefully if I locate it, I will forward it.
5th July 19967.30 p.m  above Eglwysbach in the Conwy valley, Gwynedd Mr. Aled Hughes, from the Isle of Anglesey, a painter and decorator. He was visiting his in-laws, when he saw a grey triangle above Eglwysbach, their village. It had a big circle in it and a smaller one lower down. He phoned me straight away as the people in the Village knew of me and told him to.
Between the 18th and 2Oth August 1999, Steven ‘B’, .a T. V. Video Producer was packing up for the night at his Studio, his photographer was with him, they had been working late to about II p.m. As they bolted the door and stood by the front step, it was a dry, clear starry night. Then they thought lightning was going around the mountains. They are on a mountain and the whole of the Conway valley is a panoramic view below Steven's property, a truly beautiful spot. Walking to his car they saw a huge flash above the Studio building, then bright light flooded down on them., then it moved and flashed again, 3 times. Then they saw a light half the size of the Moon above them, it moved upwards and down. It was about 2,000ft above their heads, a large white ball which then went into a triangular form. It went round and round above the Studio, and fairly low, with lights revolving, it was making peculiar sounds, like humming music, before it moved off and went over the valley below. This experience has profoundly changed this man.
This is the last report I have received of a triangular shape: I have only once seen an enormous transparent triangular shape in the sky. It was at just about low cloud level. I enclose a drawing I did of it. I worked in Oxford Circus in the summer of 1972, and was walking down Regent Street after work, about 5.1 0 pm. It must have been at least 200 ft at the base, I could see the clouds scudding behind it. It looked like solid Perspex, with nothing in it. I did stop passers by and they all stopped to look. It was a bright sunny day, with only a few clouds here and there. As I went down Regents Street, I kept looking back until I got to Piccadilly Circus. It never moved. I was walking on to Charing Cross and lost sight of it. Was it a craft? Possibly not as I did not see it fly. Was it a very rare form of natural phenomena? I have no idea. I have seen UFOS over 55 occasions, mostly in broad daylight and all well defined shapes. Some so weird I have never seen them mentioned anywhere else and I have to say a lot more interesting than this.  I am convinced those were Alien Space craft and with few Exceptions,  I saw all these with other people, relatives, friends,neighbours and strangers. To be honest as a Researcher, FT's only interest me when they are really close encounters of them, as some of these have been, then no one can possibly say they are a Stealth bomber!

(GP drove to Derby to relate his experience to the PRA. This is an abbreviated report of the incident).

I had been adjusting new security lights outside my house, the time was 7.45pm. My wife had been walking back and forth in the garden to assist me with setting the infra-red trip. She drew my attention to a series of red streaks of light forming in the sky directly in line with the Humber Bridge. The centre one was exactly straight, one coming alongside of it came up and curled over to the right a second one came up next to that and curled over to the right, then another light came up on the left and curled over to the left again until there were five streaks of light in the sky. They stayed on for so long and then they started clicking out. They were about a mile away and looked about two miles long. I heard a buzzing and a 'crack' as the lights went out.

I was just standing there looking around and wondering what it was, when all of a sudden I saw a series of 'fiery red lights' up on the right. There were about five, three of them were very large and the one on the end was slightly smaller and there was another one that was smaller still. The lights were flickering, like a blacksmiths forge.

I thought that they were helicopters at first, but the lights were about ten times bigger than a helicopter. Then I saw other lights over on the right, then I saw an orange glow and I suddenly realised that this the result of the city lights bouncing off the bottom of a huge craft and it was a Triangle.
I thought I just don't believe this!

It was moving blunt side forward at about 30mph. The sheer size was enormous! You could see the lights curling around the edges of the Triangle and you could see the bottom of it, just an orange glow. Anyway, it stopped and it did a turn, overturned (went too far) and then corrected itself. It went a bit further on for about a quarter of a mile, stopped and did the same thing again. I wondered if the wind was turning it, but there was no wind at all.

We were looking up(GP and his wife),I was standing in the flower bed and my neck was aching and I looked down and then when I looked up, it had gone! I thought that's crazy, all I did was look down! That was it,it had gone

I looked all around but couldn't see anything, then I looked up and I was amazed, there was something like a rib-cage and two giant circles underneath it and there was like a tail on the end of it. It was right above us and it was gigantic. The red balls that I had been looking for must have been above it. I just kept looking and looking and every now and then I would look down to see if the trees and grass, the garage were still there, it was beautiful, you could see everything crystal clear.

Electro-magnetic forces all this was running through my mind. I was frightened to death, in case I was going to get some sort of forcefield on me. It was absolutely silent, no noise, no wind, it was just hanging there. It seemed an eternity, but it could have only have been two or three minutes.

It seemed to be up there for ages and ages, my wife was chattering away, but I didn't say anything, I was just keeping quiet, I was just taking everything in. I was trying to memorize every little piece, there must have been over a thousand lights underneath it, all the lights, no matter what it was, they were all pale blue lights. It was really high, but you could see everything, I reckon you could have got three 747 Jumbo jets, wing-tip to wing-tip, across the middle. I know that you say, hold a ten P piece up at arms length, but if you had held up a cricket bat, that would have been more like it! It really was massive.

At intervals, I put my head down and tried to remember what was what, then I looked up again to check, I was doing this and then I thought, the length, how can I get the length? I thought an imaginary plumb line, one at each end. I though, one end was more or less over the river at Hull and the other end at Greenwood Avenue.

It then carried out a final manoeuvre turning North/NorthEast towards the Bridlington and Filey area.

Anyway the next day, I took the car and set the day-trip on the speedo' and drove from one point to the other and it was seven tenths of a mile! It could have been a little smaller, but it rules out 20 feet and rules out half a mile. I know it seems really bizarre, but that's what it was!

This alleged incident took place on the 3rd of July 1996 in a village called Bilton near Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Miss MF (32) had finished an early shift at her place of work and as it was a nice sunny day, she decided to take a walk and into the nearby countryside. As she walked along she came across a pleasant looking field and finding a comfortable spot, sat down to read a book, the time was 9.45am.

It was sunny and warm as Miss MF sat quietly reading, then quite suddenly she became aware of a large shadow moving over her. She looked up and was astonished to see a large black triangular craft overhead. "It was twice the size of an aircraft and had a white light at each corner" she observed as it hovered over her.
"I was amazed at the size of it and also the fact that there was no noise. In the quiet of the countryside, there should have been a noise from it, but there was nothing and that unnerved me. There were three lights on the triangle, but there were also other lights near it, which kept on flashing away", commented Miss MF .

Then suddenly a beam of blue light shot down from the FT and covered her. "The next thing, I felt that I was going upwards, very, very fast and I felt really sick. My nose was hurting and I'm scared of heights, I couldn't see anything, I was going up so fast and just seemed to black- out."

"The next moment, I was in a strange building everything was very bright white, so bright I couldn't see anything and there was a funny smell to it. I couldn't see much, because it was so white. I felt that I was laid on something, but I don't know what it was. "

Miss MF then went on reluctantly to describe what happened next, there were strange small 'beings' around her and they were doing something down near her legs, but she couldn't see or feel anything. She went on to say: "I know that people see these drawings of Aliens on T - shirts and things, but these weren't like that. They had black eyes, there was  no whites to their eyes, they had no eyebrows, no eyelashes, no cheekbones, no ears, no mouth or any facial hair or anything similar to our skin. It was just one skin tone a translucent white, I couldn't see any pores, any hair or any bone or anything.

"There was a taller Alien, he seemed to be in charge of the others and looked the same as the others, but he was about 6ft. I say 'he', 'it', I don't know what it was. He stood over me and then stared into my eyes and then I got this feeling of euphoria and happiness, which is odd. I thought that we could communicate because I'm sure that he could see what I was seeing and I had a feeling that I should be at peace, which is not a normal reaction, I should have been terrified.That was the last thing that I remember."

"The next thing was, I woke up in the field (from where she had been abducted), but I was in a different spot from where I had been originally and I found my book in the hedge. My watch had stopped, although I didn't notice this at the time and I had a rash on my arm.”

“When I got home 5 1/2 hours had elapsed and when I went in, (I've got five dogs), the dogs reacted strangely to me. Instead of coming up and jumping all over me, like they normally did, they were, like whimpering and cowering away and sniffing all the way around me. I had an awful headache and nosebleeds. I thought it was like some kind of dream, but I've kept having really bad flashbacks and I have just felt really ill.”

Omar Fowler comments:
Miss ‘MF’ has related a number of known features about FT’s and unless she had been studying them in particular, it seems unlikely that she could have made up this story. She refers to the three white lights, one at each corner, Miss ‘MF’ then went on to say that a ‘blue beam’ shone on her and she was transported up to the craft. This is also consistent with other reports relating to FT’s. We have also heard that some species of Aliens have no mouth or ears, only large dark eyes and the ‘tall Alien’ appeared to be in charge. He then came and peered into her eyes. Once again a known Alien procedure.

It was also not unusual for her to be returned to a different area from where she was taken. She made an interesting observation when she commented on finding her book in the hedge, at the point where she had been sitting originally.
Finally, the reaction of her dogs was highly unusual and it appears that they were able to sense that she had changed in some way, after her abduction experience.

It has lately been reported in UFO circles, that a BBC executive recently let slip the fact that a D-Notice has been placed on the subject of "Flying Triangle" craft. This matter has been the subject of previous rumours and speculation for a number of years. However, before we all start screaming "Cover-up and Censorship!" let us examine some of the information that has come to hand in recent months.

As the result of sifting through UFO reports and information from confidential sources, I have concluded that it is extremely likely that Britain has been working in great secrecy, on the development of a triangular Stealth aircraft. Small black triangular craft have been seen with accompanying conventional aircraft on a number of occasions and may be controlled by a 'parent' craft.

The following report is taken from the "Wigan Reporter" published in 22 August 1996. "At 1.30pm on Monday August 12, a number of people in the Wigan area heard a very noisy helicopter overhead. On rushing outside to look at the copter, they found that it was a Chinook twin rotor machine flying extremely low. It was following a small black matt triangular object about a quarter of a mile in front of it. The Chinook was moving very slowly and was followed about two minutes later by a Jaguar fighter that passed overhead as low as the copter -with its undercarriage down." (In order to keep its speed as low as possible, no doubt!)
A confidential UFO report that I investigated in July 1997 deepened the mystery .The incident took place near Rugeley, Staffs. at night, near the home of a Mr 'N'.

The witness was working late at night (approx.1am) in his home, which is situated near a heavily wooded area, when his attention was attracted by a noise "similar to a high revving two-stroke engine" outside his home. He went outside in the darkness and vaguely made out lights and the shape of an object hovering about 150yards away and at a height of about 150ft. Mr 'N' went indoors and fetched his binoculars and he was then able to make out the shape of a black helicopter in the vicinity of the lights. It so happened that Mr 'N' was a bit of electronics buff and had a night vision scope, which he returned with a few minutes later. (Type Tasco, lst generation type, with night scope and also infra-red beam emission).

He then viewed the aircraft again and clearly saw the helicopter, which was illuminated by the flashing strobe and navigation lights. He described it as being similar to the " Air Wolf' helicopter in the television series. He then switched on the infra-red beam and immediately noticed that there was a completely blacked out, triangular craft adjacent to the helicopter. "1 couldn't believe my eyes" he commented. The triangle, which was a similar size to the helicopter, reflected no light from the strobe/navigation lights and appeared to have no visible means of propulsion or support in the hovering mode. The witness stated that there was no apparent noise coming from the triangular craft, although the helicopter may have drowned this out. Almost instantaneously, the helicopter switched on a light beam towards the witness (blinding his equipment), while at the same time moving away "at an incredible rate of knots. It disappeared like a rocket". Mr 'N' tried to follow it with his night viewer, then suddenly realised that it was more important to study the triangular craft. He turned back to where it had been hovering, but it was gone! ( Mr 'N' was sure that he had witnessed a secret aircraft and was petrified that he might be the subject of investigation if he related the incident to anyone. He eventually only mentioned it to two other close friends.)

A further report reached me from 'Skywatch International' at Spilsby, Lincs. This concerned a sighting by a witness on the night of the 17th September 1998.

"I finished work at Louth at 10pm and headed out on the B1502. It was 10.25pm and I was about 4 miles past Ulceby Cross, when I saw something in the starry night sky that I thought looked a little odd. I saw what I believed to be two Tornado aircraft in company with a craft that because of its lights, appeared to be of a triangle nature. On each point it had a bright green glow, rather than a green created by a light bulb. The triangle completed flight manoeuvres that I had never seen before. As the two aircraft approached my car, the left aircraft tried to get ahead, the two aircraft seemed to be trying to get the triangular craft to stay on a specific heading. As the aircraft passed over my car I looked up through my sunroof and noticed that the triangular craft was about three-quarters the size of the Tornado aircraft. I live near RAF Coningsby and I am familiar with Tornado aircraft."

Finally on the 15 August 1997,1 received some information from a 'confident', who revealed details of a surprising conversation at a recent Aeronautical show

Source: "In absolute confidence please. I deal with aviation products, I do Pilot Supplies, Satellite Navigation Equipment, I retail various products. We did an exhibition at Christmas, at 'XXXXX'. This chappie came to see me and we were talking about aircraft. I gather that he is a civilian, in his sixty's and ex-military and commented that he had flown a lot of aircraft, all sorts of aircraft. We were talking about aircraft and I sprung the question on him that I do with all sorts of people, do you believe in UFO's?"

Source: "He said to me- 'what do you mean?', I replied that we had heard of people that have had quite a few sightings of the Flying Triangle. 'Yes', he said 'Yes. I make them.' I said how do you mean I make them? 'Well let me put it this way' he said, 'we are actually making triangular shaped craft in this country, but we are aware of what we would call extra- terrestrial craft flying over this country .' He repeated, when questioned 'We are aware that there are Triangylar craft flying over this country. that are not of this world!' At this, I moved him away from the other customers, as this was a private conversation. I said to him, 'do you mind me asking you one question, where are you?' I said. '1 can't tell you that' he said. I said, 'I'll ask you one other question. What is the chance of me visiting your factory?' , Absolutely not,' he said. 'We're not Top Secret, we're levels above Top Secret.' 'We have materials now, in this country, that we could manufacture Stealth aircraft with that would be virtually undetectable." Source: "Undetectable by what means, I don't know, visual, night vision, radar, I don't know. He complained to me, 'quite frankly, that there were too many, so and so's in London sitting on their backsides, who were not releasing funds to us, but we have the technology to lead the world in Stealth aircraft.' Then he said, 'our aircraft are telemetrically controlled. " (This would account for the widely reported parent. aircraft).

Source: "That is 100% the truth, but please don't mention my name. He seemed a very sincere fellow. I can't disclose his name for obvious reasons, but yes, that's what I was told. "
In conclusion, we must accept that the placing of a "D-Notice" on the subject of Flying Triangles, could well have taken place to guard the secret development of a British Stealth aircraft and not as the censorship of information on extra-terrestrial FT's. After all, which is the more important from the government point of view?

Part 1

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF BENT STEMS IN CROP CIRCLES & THE EVIDENCE OF MICROWAVE ACTIVITY

The disclosure that "bent stems" in Crop Circles may hold valuable clues to the source of the energy involved, has been publicised for the benefit of all researchers. After studying "Crop Circles" since 1985 and collecting and analysing plant stems from incidents up to 150 miles apart, one common denominator emerged. This was the discovery of single standing stems, with top sections bent over at a height of 55cm (22") in an otherwise flattened circle of Wheat or Barley. (See graph below)

It was also discovered that a number of the single stems, apart from being bent at 55cm, showed a number of other common features. These were small "crease" and "burn" marks at similar points on the crop stems. (See Photo Below)

It is believed that the 55cm stem measurement is indicative of H/F wavelength (Microwave) activity. The "crease" marks and small burnt areas which appear at regular intervals on the stems, could be consistent with Microwave action during the formation of a Crop Circle.

The "crease" and "burn" marks were noted in September 1991, when "bent stem" crop samples were being studied. The "burn" marks at the node points of the stem showed up in a distinctive dark brown colour. It was then, that a closer inspection of the sample stems revealed the "crease" marks.

[STARTIMAGE]photo4.jpg[ENDIMAGE]It is likely that the "burn" marks at the node points on the stem are due to the action of High Frequency Radiation heating the water concentrated at the node points. The result is a brown scorch mark at each node point, while the stem itself retains its normal colour, although some warping or splitting of the stem may also result. In some instances, there may even be twisting of the plant stem. An example of a similar reaction is when an inert vessel containing water is placed inside a microwave oven. The water will absorb the microwave energy and heat up, while the vessel itself will remain stable.

The possibility that Crop Circles are being formed by a High Frequency beam could answer a number of questions that have Been puzzling researchers for some time.

(1) What force, normally invisible, is capable of such action within such a short duration of time (possibly 20 seconds).

(2) What can account for the 'Plasma Balls' photographed by Japanese and British scientists over the wheat fields in England, where Crop Circles have later been discovered.

(3) How can Crop Circles occur either during the day or night and without detection by local radar or night vision cameras. With or without any wind, for instance in a mist at night e.g. Wiltshire 27th June 1991.

(4) What could account for a 'mist' often seen shortly after the formation of a Crop Circle.

(5) What could be responsible for the 'chirping' and 'tweeting' sounds recorded in Crop Circles and thought to be caused by H/F radiation.

The fact that there exists a means of identifying an authentic Crop Circle event (i.e.'bent stems') is a step forward in discovering the nature of the force that is responsible.

There is some evidence to suggest that there is a gradual build up of energy over several days, until the actual forming of the Crop Circle. However a great deal of work remains to be done in respect of this theory . With improved instrumentation it is hoped that further evidence will be gained during the year 1992.

If a microwave beam is responsible for the formation of Crop Circles, the outstanding question must be, is it a natural phenomenon? If it is not, then who or what is transmitting the beam and for what purpose?

Part 2

CROP CIRCLES: THE FINAL SOLUTION ?

The investigation study carried out in 1991 suggested that a high energy source, possibly microwave, could be involved in the formation of Crop Circles. It was thought at the time that an energy stream emanating from the sky could be responsible, even a possible satellite source was considered.

During 1992 further investigation of the energy source was undertaken. Instruments capable of detecting H/F radiation and local changes in ionisation had been developed by Mr Paul Foster (PRA) and were made available for field trials.

The "Microdet", an instrument capable of detecting a wide band of radiation between 20HZ to 12 GHZ, was used for the first time at "Husbands Bosworth" Leics. where a Crop Circle appeared on a local hilltop for the fourth consecutive year (3/7/92).

However the source could not be identified at the time. Later when a wave analyser was used in the area, it was discovered that the H/F wave had disappeared. The "Microdet" was also used at Mansfield Woodhouse (Notts.), where a group of three circles had appeared on the 1st August 92. Once again the instrument detected a H/F energy field in the immediate area, although the source of the emission could not be located.

Further study was undertaken using an ionisation meter, with the intention of trying to identify and locate the mysterious energy source. It soon became apparent that the existing ionisation charge, played a major part in the energy concentration formed in the Crop Circle area.

It appears that early dawn (approx. 4am) is likely to be the time that the phenomenon will manifests itself.

Sampling instruments showed that under optimum conditions, a strong negative ion charge was likely to form over a wheatfield in the early hours of the morning. This was particularly noticed in damp conditions, when the negative ion charge increased at ground level. This is probably due to the fact that each droplet of moisture carries a negative charge. *Reddish points of light have been reported dancing over wheat crops in the early hours (Husbands Bosworth Leics. 1992).(See wheat head diagram below)


A study of existing weather conditions showed that on a still night, negative ion readings were higher than on a windy day (crop movement produces positive ions) and one could postulate that a crop circle would not form under these conditions.
It seems likely that Crop Circles are the result of a charged particle reaction in the Earth's upper atmosphere, where low mass charged particles streaming from the sun are being trapped in the Earth's magnetic field (Diagram 4, below). This stream of particles charge up the upper ionosphere (a positive charged zone).

This "solar wind" is captured in the Earth's ionosphere and through the action of the Earth's magnetic field, the stream of charged particles are moved to the poles. It is at the poles, that the particles emit photons through chemical interaction in the atmosphere and electro discharges, this interaction becomes visible in the form of "Auroras". Although the Earth's magnetic lines of force are concentrated at the poles, there are other "windows" in many parts of the world. The Earth's magnetosphere is not linear, but is buckled and bent all around the planet, it is not actually a linear ball around the Earth, but is compressed by the solar wind and by the effect of the moon (magnetic compression).

The Earth's magnetic field acts in a similar way to a bar magnet. The magnetic fields are like large loops going North to South or South to North and never cross. On the surface of the planet the lines would appear almost vertical to us, the major magnetic lines of force would appear to be coming straight out of the ground and going straight up. This means that any power following the magnetic field would appear to be coming straight down (this is due to the spherical shape of the Earth's core).

There are various energy particle streams in these magnetic fields, one of which (cosmic rays?) lends itself to causing the Crop Circle phenomenon. If you can picture the scene in the early hours just before dawn, when Earth's terminator line between night and day is approaching. Long before sunrise, before any light is seen at ground level, the rays of the sun are already striking and positively charging the upper ionosphere.

At this point. just before dawn, the Earth's energies are at their maximum level. The highest charges are being formed along the Earth's terminator point where particle interaction, magnetic interaction, chemical effects and electrostatic effects are all taking place. All these forces combining to give a massive "kick" of high energy through the atmosphere.

Meanwhile at ground level, the negative ionisation charges are increasing, especially where there is a damp pre-dawn atmosphere. All this energy is circulating around in magnetic fields and it will jump and congregate over a particular area. If conditions are right, it is then that an interaction is likely to take place and a Crop Circle will form. The action of electromagnetic lines of force progressing down towards the Earth results in particle interaction, causing ionisation in the upper atmosphere. The particles break down water into Hydrogen and Oxygen, this action generates an electrostatic charge. The water vapour absorbs the charge and this in turn helps to create/attract the phenomenon.

The electrostatic/electromagnetic effect of the phenomenon can result in photons being given off, this may appear in the form of glowing balls of light or even a column of light. The energy within the phenomenon also has the ability to distort the magnetic field it is following. When reaching the earth, the energy field is likely to produce ground currents in the Crop Circle area and one would expect to find anomalies in any soil samples taken from the site. The effect of (DC) ground currents would be likely to induce magnetic and chemical changes, although there may be some variation, depending upon the type of soil in the area.


Another effect is the production of ultra-sound waves in the vicinity of a Crop Circle (probably caused by the High Frequency flow of discharging electrons). This would account for the animal disturbance found in the area (i.e. riders had difficulty in controlling their horses in the vicinity of a Crop Circle at Carlton-on-Trent 1991 ). The phenomenon appears to be dependent on a temperature and chemical reaction optimum. It has a resonance that causes molecules to vibrate and to generate heat. A temperature rise of only one or two degrees would be sufficient to produce a localised fog or mist in the area under the right conditions

Taking into account the position of the sun, moon and other factors, it appears to be purely accidental that the British Isles happen to be in the right position at the right time for the Crop Circle phenomenon to occur. Although the phenomenon itself is capable of appearing in many parts of the planet (and not only during the summer period), the underlying conditions in Wiltshire, seem to make this county particularly suitable.

Although the Crop Circle phenomenon does occur in other areas throughout England, there is every sign that there is a great deal of energy focussed over Wiltshire. It is possible that the sky over Wiltshire has an area of high "magnetic compression", however the geographical location of Wiltshire and the underlying rock strata may also play an important part in the forming of the phenomenon.

Remember that this phenomenon is not new, it has been going on for a very long time, for as long as the sun has been burning and the planet has been here.



IN CONCLUSION

A REVIEW OF THE QUESTIONS RAISED IN 1991

(1) What force, normally invisible, is capable of such action within such a short duration of time (possibly 20 seconds).

Answer: Charged particles from the ionosphere, which are attracted by magnetic flux lines emanating from the Earth.

(2) What can account for the "Plasma Balls" observed over wheat fields, where Crop Circles were later discovered.

Answer: The "Plasma Balls" are an intense area of focused energy giving off photons, illuminating the energy field.

(3) How can Crop Circles occur either during the day or night and without detection by local radar or night vision cameras.

Answer: Radar cannot detect radio waves, signals or energies and this phenomenon is similar .

(4) What could account for a "mist" often seen shortly after the formation of a Crop Circle.
Answer: The water molecules are being oscillated by the energy, which is causing them to vaporise and form a mist.

(5) What could be responsible for the "chirping" and "tweeting" sounds recorded in Crop Circles, thought to be H/F radiation.

Answer: The charged particles are causing resonance effects within the magnetic field in the atmosphere, in effect acting like microwave energy.

We can add one further question and possible answer to this list:

(6) What is causing the disappearance of large volumes of water from Crop Circle areas (Empty water troughs & paddy fields etc. ).

Answer: The intense energy beam causes a resonance effect on the water molecules, which is part of the total " cascade" effect of the phenomenon. This includes particle action, molecular vibration, ultrasound and chemical action.

Farmers Remarks Back Up PRA Crop Circle Theory. By Omar Fowler.

On the 5th of October, I gave a talk to the Derbyshire 'Ecclesbourne armers Discussion Society. The meeting took place in the pleasant surroundings of the' Cross Keys' public house at Turnditch, A talk had been requested on the subject of 'UFO's, but I thought it an ideal opportunity to include a few photographic slides of 'Corn Circles', a subject more likely to create an interest with the audience.

You may be wondering what Crop Circles has to do with the meeting of the 'Ecclesbourne Farmers Discussion Group'? Well, briefly the H/F theory depended on the reaction between the 'Positive' flux in the Ionosphere and a concentration of 'Negative' ions over the wheatfields (see diagram 5). There had been reports of red sparks being seen over the wheatfields at night, indicating a build up of an electrical charge, but I was not prepared for what happened next! One of the farmers remarked " Oh' you would be interested in the 'Corn Ripening Lightning' then." I questioned the farmer who had made the remark and then a few others joined in. Yes, this was a known phenomenon! When the corn is about to ripen, a static charge builds up over the wheatfield, resulting in a white flash of light over the cornfield ("Corn Ripening Lightning").

Glowing lights have often been observed over wheat fields during the summer season. During all night surveillance, undercover military personnel and Japanese scientists have photographed them. They bear no resemblance to 'Flying Saucers' but appear more as slowly moving pulsating balls of light.

On one occasion a Nottingham farmer and his wife were woken up in the early hours of the morning by a deep roaring sound as a red glow spread over their farmhouse from an overhead light source. Cattle in the nearby cattle shed panicked and kicked in their stall. The following day one heifer was found three fields away, having jumped over two hedges and one barbed wire fence. The farmhouse was situated within a mile of a nearby group of 'natural' circles. (see Carlton on Trent photo)

In a recent TV documentary, Kathy Skin a schoolgirl in the 1930's remembered seeing a Crop Circle form in a field of corn in 1936 at Little Eversdew. "It was a thundery day and I was standing at the edge of a cornfield when I saw the stalks whirling around in the air. I ran over to where I had seen them flying about and there was a corn circle. I walked into it and as I did so I could feel the heat coming up through my sandals."

Mr Tom Gwinnett of Lydney, explained how he saw a Crop Circle form at dusk. He was driving along a country road, when his ignition cut off and his headlights went out. He stepped out of his car and noticed small red sparks popping over the wheat in the adjoining field. He then heard a humming sound and he saw the wheat whirling around as a Crop Circle formed.

During a BBC Radio Derby broadcast on the 26th July 2000, Omar Fowler (who featured in a regular monthly phone-in programme) was questioned about the mystery of the Crop Circles. The theory of natural crop circles being caused by High Frequency energy was discussed and as a result, two listeners telephoned in with their comments.

A Mrs Harvey of Tutbury said that on the previous day, she had been walking her dog alongside a large wheat field. She paused on her walk when she heard a distinct 'crackling' sound "Like the crackling from power lines", she commented. She stopped three or four times and heard a continual clicking sound. This gave her the distinct impression of strong electrical field in the area.

The next caller, "Lorna" told how as a child, she would often visit her old "Grandma", who lived out in a country area. During a summer evening she remembered seeing flashes of coloured "sheet lightning" low in the sky .There was no sound of thunder and no rain. When she enquired what it was, her old grandmother told her, "That lightning helps the corn to ripen".

A similar observation to that made by the farmers. This indicates that during the time that the wheat is ripening, a strong static charge builds up on the wheat heads, forming tiny red sparks and at times, creating a static discharge in the form of "Corn ripening lightning" .

It appears that there is a basis of fact to many country folklore stories and may support our H/F ‘Microwave’ theory.

THE UNNAMED DISEASE

I just finished reading a book published in 1999 titled: ‘THE ABDUCTION ENIGMA”, subtitled: “The truth behind the mass alien abductions of the late twentieth century.” The three authors of this work are Kevin D. Randle, Russ Estes and William P. Cone, Ph.D.
The essence of the 388 pages that I carefully read can be summed up in the authors’ own words, within one paragraph, on page 359. I quote the book, exactly:
“Here’s what it all comes down to. There is not a single shred of physical evidence that alien abductions are taking place other than the tainted testimony of the abductees. The physical evidence to support the claims is nonexistent. What has been offered as proof has been eliminated through testing by objective scientists or additional research by unbiased investigators. The scars, missing fetus, or the implants do not carry the proper medical documentation to make a strong case and in fact, suggest something else altogether.”
These three authors set out, from the first chapter, to thoroughly point out the flaws, mistakes, assumptions and lack of due diligence exercised by well-known researchers in the field such as John Mack, John Carpenter, David Jacobs and Budd Hopkins.
In pointing out “flaws and faults” of other authors they include some not-so-familiar names such as Derrel Sims – (the alien hunter), Dr. Roger Leir and Joe Nyman.
As you read page after page of why these three authors believe that abductions by aliens are impossible, you may find some of the logic, quite compelling.
I am reminded, for example, that I was among the first who truly believed that the Boeing 747 was such a massive hunk of tonnage, that it would be absolutely impossible for the thing to become airborne, let alone fly! I was living in Seattle, Washington and watching the first test flight on television, hoping to win my bet and watch that big bird pitch right into the bay from it’s ascension run to the end of the runway at waters’ edge. As we all now know, the Boeing 747 does fly, regularly and quite well, at that.
These three authors ask and then answer a series of rhetorical questions such as: “Why would the grays abduct the same person, over and over again? (In my case it was 13 times.) “After all, the grays are smart enough to learn everything they wish to know about a human being in one solitary abduction.”
This would appear to be true, from our human perspective, but then we do not comprehend the mind of the grays. After all, why do we keep recapturing deer and elk that we have previously ‘tagged’ and check upon the growth, health and migration habits, of those animals?
By conservative estimates the minimal number of abductions reported in the United States alone, is placed at three million people. A more moderate estimate puts that number, (both reported and unreported), at closer to six million. Can you believe that six million people all have a unique, shared, fantasy? Six million people have this ‘unnamed disease’ that is untreatable? Six million people are offered no prescription drugs or coping skills to counteract this delusional sickness.
If you just think about UFO sightings alone, the numbers become astronomical! The last figures I heard, (from a survey), said that one in four people had actually seen a UFO, in the United States and almost 80% of the population, (240 million), knew someone who had seen a UFO. Are these folks delusional, as well? If we have an untreated illness that afflicts eighty percent of the population of the United States, we are in real trouble.
The authors, within this book, do not attempt to state any opinion as to what the government may or may not know regarding UFO’s and alien abduction.
To counteract this blatant negativity I would suggest reading any book written by Timothy Good. Mr. Good has an opposing viewpoint and his writing, (and arguments for alien presence), is much more compelling than within this tome.
Unfortunately the subtitled claim that this book contains the “truth” is somewhat premature. The truth, I am certain, is still out there – somewhere, we are just not privy to it, as of yet.

ARE ALIENS AMONGST US ?

When I started investigating the subject of UFOs at the age of 13, I just thought it would be an entertaining and sometimes a little frightening pastime. However, I was never prepared for what I was going to discover and hear.
All this would totally alter my then childish and simplistic concepts of life. I had grown up thinking that aliens, UFOs were something that probably existed, but were so far away that they did not have any kind of effect on life on earth.
As I reached an older age, I began to study the subject more and more in depth, I started to be interested in abductees and contactees: I read keenly the Ufology classics: Hopkins, Jacobs and of course the often self-published books by contactees. I still thought, that these abductions were performed by aliens that interacted only occasionally with us: they performed their abduction, their contact for what ever purpose it was. Then, they just left and went back to wherever they came from. I was very sceptical of claims of a constant interaction between the human race and alien races.
However, the more I read contactee claims, the more I continued hearing about aliens living amongst us. The sources were very varied: from controversial people like George Adamski to irreproachable researchers like Timothy Good in his superb &#8220;Alien Base&#8221;.
With time, as I continued my own research, I began to meet contactees, who were more often than not extremely credible, intelligent and sane people. What was so extraordinary was that an important fraction of them spoke about meeting aliens in everyday situations! These beings were actually living amongst us in major European cities.
I will now put forward the material I have gathered, although it sometimes seems far fetched, it is all too true. In order to protect the witnesses&#8217; secrecy I will change all their names and a few details of their encounters. However, everything else will be respected. It is now time to embark on the journey to the border of two worlds.
The first story and possibly the least spectacular took place in a very famous European capital. The witness who I spoke to extensively at a UFO conference is a well-balanced middle aged woman that is extremely intelligent and honest. The encounter took place in 1977 or 1978. Like every morning she was driving to work, suddenly as she was crossing over a famous bridge our witness, that we shall call Mary, felt as if time was slowing down. All the cars, the passers by, seemed to be walking as if in a slow motion film.
Mary&#8217;s attention was soon caught by a tall man dressed in a black suit, she was mesmerised by him. He was wearing a black, old fashioned suit and a bowler hat that even in 1978 was out- of- date. What surprised her most was his face: it was a grey silvery colour and it was almost shining in the morning sun. His hand was also she same colour. The being suddenly looked mockingly at Mary: he gave her a smile and walked on. Mary had the impression that he was definitely non-human. Suddenly, as the being passed by her, the environment seemed to return to normal: the flow of time which had almost stopped began again; the city seemed to regain its normal morning rhythm. Mary has also had a strange dream of being surrounded by &#8220;surgeons&#8221; in operating masks.
Although, she claims that this dream is linked to an operation she had a number of years ago, it is possible that our witness is an abductee without even knowing it. Linking many abductees- contactees is the fact that they possess latent or active psychic powers: - Mary had already a history of psychic powers
The late Betty Hill also had a history of psychic powers and phenomena, well before she even had her world famous abduction.
Most (but not all) of the contactees I have studied have impressive psychic and healing abilities. They represent one of the main reasons of contact. They can also be a consequence of an alien encounterThe second account is that of a middle aged lady. Her sincerity and discretion have impressed me, that is why I have decided to include her account in this article.
Bernadette is a lady that works in Paris (FRANCE) she is a psychic although she only discovered her abilities after an extraordinary experience. Roughly ten years ago, as she was travelling on the Paris metro, her attention was drawn towards a handsome blond man aged about 35, he was dressed in a suit, however, his blue eyes seemed to radiate knowledge and spirituality. As Bernadette left the metro she realised that the man seemed to be following her. He seemed to only be noticed by Bernadette who kept a close surveillance of him. Suddenly he just disappeared!
A few days later, Bernadette saw him again. She was overcome by the same sense of peace. She felt the urge to follow him. The man seemed to be invisible to others. All of a sudden the beings legs began to dematerialise as she was entering the metro. The platform was crowded with commuters. Her first thoughts were how would they ever enter the train? Then, an incredible thing happened: the entity unleashed an invisible energy field -there is no other word to describe it- that pushed the other passengers aside making a way for Bernadette to enter the metro. At that, the being disappeared totally&#8230;After the encounter Bernadette&#8217;s psychic powers seemed to be unleashed. Could it be that the encounter&#8217;s sole purpose was to show Bernadette that she was a bridge between two worlds? Time will tell!
These two experiences show us that it is sometimes quite futile to search for otherworldly beings in UFOs or outer space: often they seem to be here living amongst us in big cities. They seem (for part of them) to be able to manipulate the space-time continuum. On some occasions they are visible to all around them. At others, they are only visible to those who they want to be seen by. This explanation can only account for a fraction of every day life encounters: Many people have actually met presumed ET&#8217;s in every day circumstances doing often, mundane jobs and interacting professionally with a great number of people. These beings seem to lead normal lives! There seems to be no psychic phenomenon here: something extremely physical is taking place: the implications I will talk about later.
This account is taken from Timothy Good&#8217;s blockbuster &#8220;Alien Base&#8221;. In 1963 he was in a roadside restaurant at the California Arizona border. Suddenly his attention was caught by a stunning Nordic looking woman. Good was so impressed by her appearance that he sent her a telepathic message: are you an alien? Immediately, the young woman nodded at Good and gave him a broad smile: she then walked on oblivious to all other clients&#8230;
A few years later, Good lived a similar adventure: he was in New York city in a hotel lobby: he decided to send a telepathic message to any extraterrestrial in the vicinity. If they were present, they could come and sit in the seat beside him. Within a short amount of time a business man sat in the seat by Timothy Good. He was fairly young and very ordinary looking. Timothy Good had the intimate conviction that the man was a Visitor. Good decided to send a second telepathic thought to his suspect: it was a request for him to place his index finger on the right side of his nose. Our visitor complied immediately&#8230; Coincidence? Human telepathy? Maybe... However, there is a strong possibility that twice, our UFO researcher has undergone a close encounter in a ordinary public place&#8230;
These seem to be more frequent than generally realised&#8230;One of them concerns the UMMO affair that is very popular in Spain, France and other Latin countries. I am conscious that just pronouncing that name will cause laughing and sneering amongst some. It is a proven hoax, which was confessed in 1993 &#8230; Nothing is further from the truth. I have met some European experts on that affair saying, that on the contrary, it is probably one of the most substantiated cases in ufology:
-There is a form of physical evidence in the shape of their letters that have been kept by many researchers.
-The letters contain high level scientific knowledge that has helped many earth scientists with their research.
- Contrary to popular belief, letters are still being received in countries as diverse as Spain, Great Britain, France and Latin America. The latest letters where received in late 2004 and early 2005.As a reminder: since the 1960&#8217;s many UFO researchers and scientists have been receiving letters and documents containing vast scientific, religious and philosophical knowledge. The first letters were written in the mid-sixties in Franquist Spain. Therefore most people thought they were an anti Franquist hoax. Moreover they continued after the death of the Caudillo in 1975. Later, the KGB, CIA and practical jokers were all blamed&#8230; to no avail.
How is it possible that some of the world&#8217;s best and most opened minded ufologists even refuse to look at the UMMO files&#8230;?
I think the answer lies in the fact that although they are ready to accept that extraterrestrials and UFO&#8217;s are looking at us in saucer-shaped crafts and abduct humans, they are not ready to go one step forward and admit they are living amongst us and interacting incognito in our earth&#8217;s routine activity.
The account I am about to tell you is linked to the UMMO case: it is not widely known outside the UMMO specialists circle but I believe it is extremely revealing on the degree of interaction in every day life between humans and aliens!
Madrid in the mid sixties: a young dactylographer is looking for a job so he prints a couple of announcements in a local paper: a few days later he is contacted by two &#8220;Danish&#8221; doctors who ask him to type some scientific articles for them. They are tall and blond but are no different from a perfectly ordinary Nordic earthling. Our dactylographer begins working for them. However his wife is worried: she begins to wonder if those two &#8220;Danish&#8221; doctors are not spies.
One must remember that we are in Spain in the 60&#8217;s. It is the height of the cold war and Spain was still under the oppressive dictatorship of General Franco.
The next day, our young clerk decides to go to work all the same. The two Nordic doctors then ask him to type a paper on their home world the planet UMMO situated at 14 light years away. The paper will also include elements of their science. Our young friend is at first sceptical: he wonders if his leg is not being pulled. Then, one of the two doctors reaches inside his pocket for a small transparent ball that starts to levitate: in it is a recording of all the scenes that took place in the dactylographer&#8216;s house the night before. It is according to the two &#8220;doctors&#8221; just a &#8220;sample of their technology&#8221;&#8230;
This extraordinary story shows just how &#8220;aliens&#8221; seem to be living and working in our ordinary world. These &#8220;Danish doctors&#8221; were not just psychic beings that could temporally manifest in this reality. They were real flesh and blood beings interacting freely with us&#8230;
Another similar case was detailed in Budd Hopkins most recent and in my opinion his best book &#8220;Sight Unseen&#8221;. It tells the story of Anne Marie a young American girl who grew up with a man who used to stay at her parents house every summer. He was a family friend to the extent that they used to worry when he didn&#8217;t turn up.
He used to come and spend the summer months with the family. He befriended Anne Marie. However, when he left the family home, he never left any address, or phone number. He had no known friends&#8230;He was also present when Anne Marie was abducted by classical greys.
Importantly Anne Marie remembers receiving letters from Mr Paige that were written in a totally unknown language. It was a language of symbols that according to Anne Marie resembled no other she had ever seen. He also had extraordinary concepts about life: &#8220;we are all one, animals, plants and humans&#8221;.
Mr Paige&#8217;s habit of disappearing without leaving a trace associated with his strange letters, point to the fact that our hero did not have the behaviour of a normal human being. An old eccentric? Possibly&#8230; However, what seems to destroy that theory is the fact that he was present when Anne Mary underwent a classical UFO abduction. In fact, there are elements that tend to show he was the one who was the bridge between Anne Marie and the aliens.
He was not a co-abductee as one could think. He seemed to be linked with the alien phenomenon itself.Two questions arise when we have studied thoroughly this important case.
Was Mister Paige a human working for and with the aliens?
At first this might seem ridiculous but there are hints that this seems to be occurring in many parts of the world. One has to just think of the MIB phenomenon. Although some of these seem to be semi-physical beings from another dimension or another level of reality, many of them seem to be solid physical beings. They often display very human traits of character: temper, impatient.
Could it be that part of the men in black could actually be humans working with aliens? Therefore it is entirely possible that very ordinary humans are working in all discretion for aliens. Is there no better plan if you want to infiltrate a society than doing it from within? You can impose your ideas, your way of thinking (be it &#8220;good&#8221; or &#8220;bad&#8221;) without arising any suspicions.
Does this sound silly? Do you know that the iron curtain fell (in part) through the same kind of process: in 1978, a Polish Pope was elected, the late Jean Paul the second.
Many Polish priests naturally supported his ideas that were completely opposed to the &#8220;Soviet&#8221; ideology. They began holding clandestine meetings with Polish and Eastern European laymen. The most prominent of these then managed to show the people that the communist system was corrupt and dictatorial through clandestine propaganda and subtle changes in every day life.
The CIA did the same in the USSR and other eastern countries. This added to poor economic conditions and a general malaise brought down the Warsaw pact in less than twelve years.
This method is probably the less difficult to put into practise if you need to change a civilisation. On a cosmic scale this process could be done over a period of millennia as opposed to years on an earth scale.
The other question is: was Mister Paige alien or part alien?
This is a very strong possibility: contacts between humans and aliens in everyday situations have been occurring and are still occurring. Let us think of the young Spaniard and the &#8220;Danish doctors&#8221;. Cases like this are very common. I have at least two in my own files. What is so different with Anne Marie&#8217;s case is the length of the interaction.
It is also possible that some of those beings that interact with us are hybrids part human, part alien as it was theorized in &#8220;Sight Unseen&#8221;. This is largely possible through genetic manipulations. In modern day science, we have produced bacteria that synthesise a vital human hormone: insulin. There are also humanised mice that produce human proteins: hence they are used as specimens for testing new drugs. If one admits that DNA and the genetic code are universal &#8211;and more and more studies are pointing to that fact- could it be possible for an extraterrestrial civilisation thousands of years ahead of us to mix its genes with ours? There is also a chilling possibility that we will talk about in a next article: Those &#8220;aliens&#8221; that look exactly like us could be humans that are possessed by a non- human (alien) consciousness. That possession could be spiritual or technological. Science-fiction? No! science fact: Today many teams of scientists have technologies that enable them to take control of insects but also small mammals.
Through the use of a microchip, a disabled person can communicate through a computer just by thinking the words, the action he wants to perform. Work is underway to do the opposite: implant thoughts in a person&#8217;s mind through the use of a computer. This is mainstream science, the one you can read about in The Times or the Evening Standard!
This form of possession seems to be much more frequent than we realise it. I have investigated at least one very important and revealing case that I will share with you in the next article. What conclusions can we reach at this stage of our research? It is at this time impossible to think of the alien phenomenon as something that is distant and that only interacts occasionally with the human race. The Aliens come from a wide variety of sources: some of these seem to be other dimensions, other vibratory levels. Others seem to be physical locations in this universe. Whatever the case, there are a good number of contacts that occur in everyday situations with our visitors casually walking amongst us in densely populated cities.
What conclusions can we reach at this stage of our research?
It is at this time impossible to think of the alien phenomenon as something that is distant and that only interacts occasionally with the human race. The Aliens come from a wide variety of sources: some of these seem to be other dimensions, other vibratory levels. Others seem to be physical locations in this universe.
Whatever the case, there are a good number of contacts that occur in everyday situations with our visitors casually walking amongst us in densely populated cities. There is also the possibility of humans working for aliens. These contacts are not a rare phenomenon. They seem to affect a fairly important proportion of the human race. People with Psychic powers have a bigger chance of encounters than others. However not all contactees are psychic.
These are the main conclusions we can reach at this moment in time. However, there is a mixed feeling: on one hand we have aliens that seem to be helping us, as it is the case with the UMMITES. French physicist Jean Pierre Petit claims that part of his work on MHD propulsion systems was made possible through the UMMO letters. Bernadette&#8217;s psychic powers opened up after her alien experience. This is far from being the only case: a friend of mine developed very strong psychic powers in the wake of an ET experience. Although he suffered many problems after his encounter he did open up to new realities and his view of our world changed radically.
There is at present a growing body of evidence to suggest that the aliens have been responsible for many of humanity&#8217;s biggest leaps forward: let us just think of geniuses like Nicola Tesla, but also people like Christ and Buddha whose philosophies of love inspired millions. These people could well be inspired by extraterrestrials or extraterrestrial messengers themselves. One must also think of lone geniuses like Leonardo Da Vinci or Van Goth: Could part of their work be inspired by aliens? Extraterrestrials could also influence us in a more discrete fashion.
The ET or the hybrids amongst us could be gradually pushing forward bits and pieces of technology, philosophy and sciences in order to accelerate the progression of humanity. Think of the all apparently random discoveries made last century: (antibiotics, the microchip&#8230;). We must ask the worrying questions:
Is all this done for our benefit? In many cases it seems obvious: Many of these everyday contactees have had their view of life changed for the better after their encounters: Let us take the examples of Bernadette who now has adopted a new view on the nature of reality. The &#8220;inventions&#8221; mentioned above have undoubtedly helped tens of millions of people.
However could some extraterrestrials be helping us in order to manipulate us for their own purpose? It seems to me, that most extraterrestrials are genuinely here to help us evolve both technologically and mentally, but there are many examples of manipulations by ETs in the ufological literature and also in my personal research. This is a frightening prospect but it cannot be ignored if we want to study objectively the &#8220;aliens amongst us&#8221; question.
In our next article we will look into the subject of aliens that have become part of people&#8217;s lives: it will tell the story of contactees who are confronted on a daily basis to the alien phenomenon. They are so used to it that it has become literally part of their life. We will also look into at least one case of manipulative destructive and possessive Alien contact phenomenon. Finally we will talk in more detail about the implications of all this and what can be done&#8230;

MAJOR F.TURNER-BRIDGER'S UFO ENCOUNTER IN 1937
(Related to Omar Fowler in 1978)

It was about September or October 1937 and about 4pm in the afternoon when my wife and I were motoring back from Sussex to Haslemere (Surrey) where I then lived.
On returning to the main road from Haslemere to Northchapel, I drove along a bye-way lane, where I suddenly pulled up, as I saw a mysterious object on my left, at the brow of Blackdown Hill. I pulled up on the side of the lane, next to an unused field.
On the summit of Blackdown Hill I suddenly noticed an unusual object hovering, I have drawn a sketch showing the shape of the object and also a side view.
The object had a hump in the centre and was surrounded by an orange flaming surround.
It so happened that whilst I was watching this curious object, I noticed another car had also pulled up behind me. The object obviously noticed a car in this isolated lane
Suddenly the object flew back over the ridge of Blackdown Hill and out of sight.  I waited some five minutes or longer and then noticed the same object had re-appeared again some distance along this ridge than previously.
I presumed that in this very lonely spot, the &#8216;occupants&#8217; were surprised to find a car below and had moved off, later to return to the ridge of the hill. I watched it in wonderment as it eventually disappeared at terrific speed.
My thoughts then began to wonder and as Farnborough (Royal Aircraft Establishment) was not many miles away, I imagined that it a very scientific object being tested out. At this point I may mention that the view covered almost the whole terrain of Surrey.
I may add that I, as many people had since told me, I envisaged the coming war (WW2 1939-45). I even went to Poland with my family, to verify my thoughts and my observations on my return were known to many. I have since been told that &#8220;if everyone had listened to you there wouldn&#8217;t have been a war.&#8221;
As an ex-flying pilot in the R.F.C. (Royal Flying Corps) in 1916 (having previously been in the trenches in 1915 with the Kings Own Scottish Borderers), I though that this amazing object that I had seen was evidence of a secret experiment being carried out at Farnborough.
Over these past years I have thought a great deal of this experience and was pleased to hear you mention on the ITV Television that you would like to hear from anyone with a UFO experience, past or present. I then telephoned you.

THE REPTON SHRUBS ENCOUNTER

Kevin was a forestry worker at the time of the incident in 1978. He first noticed an usual event, when he happened to be looking south from his position in Willington, near Bretby in southern Derbyshire. Kevin and two friends saw a very large light appear over woods, situated about two miles to the south of them. The three witnesses stood and watched for several minutes and then they saw three white lights detach from the main light and drop into the woods. "The remaining light shot off almost vertically and left a streak of light behind it!" commented Kevin. "it disappeared very quickly indeed and was lost in the clouds. We couldn't do anything about it, so we just looked at each other and then carried on working on the motorbike."

The woods were identified as Repton Woods, near Bretby village, the scene of several UFO reports and strange lights.
"I actually used to work in there," said Kevin, "I used to work for the Forestry Commission and I used to be there from half seven in the morning, it's an eerie place, there's hardly any animals in there, you rarely see one when your walking about. It's not a very hospitable place."

"After that, (light incident) probably a year went past and there was my friend and a student, who was on loan to the Forestry Commission, working with us, getting his hands dirty before he was pushing a pen about I suppose. His name was Stephen and it was just after mid-day, daylight, summertime, the sun was quite high in the sky and it was rather warm."

Then there in front of me! IT STOOD LOOKING AT ME!"

"It was sideways on, but its head was turned left to look at me. It was about four feet high and the best I can describe it is a fox on two legs. It was brown in colour, had short little hands, like dark little hands and its back, it was like solid, it wasn't fur, sloping down to the ground, almost like a locust's folded in wings."

"It didn't make any noise, it had dark eyes and it was walking through the trees, towards where my friend was and I shouted, Stephen, there is something coming your way! I could see it moving through the trees, but it wasn't pushing the branches out of the way."(Remember that Kevin was cutting a path through the trees, in order to walk through them.)

"It was very odd, I ran back up my inspection path, towards Ian, I pointed to our right-hand side, it hadn't caught up with us as I had run across. Then we both saw it as it came on an angle towards us, then it veered away slightly and started walking down into the ground, as if it was going down steps!"

"It was very odd, there was nothing there, to our eyes, (tunnel entrance into the ground), it was just getting smaller, there was just the head and then that disappeared. I mean it was unbelievable, it made the hairs on the back of my head stand up, it sometimes does when I tell it (the story) again, but it was a few years ago now!" (Sketch supplied).

Over recent years there has been a steady accumulation of evidence pointing to the fact that there may well be an established Alien base in the isolated centre of Siberia.

This statement has not been made as the result of a single news event that has taken place but more from the point of view of an investigator piecing together fragments of information put together in a similar way to completing a jigsaw. We do not yet have all the pieces of the puzzle to complete the full picture but there is now sufficient evidence to believe that an Alien base has been established on our planet!

In the summer issue of Flying Saucer Review, the article by Philip Creighton 'More On The Siberian Meteorite of September 2002', referred to an amazing statement made by a highly placed Russian source. The source, namely Valery Uvarov of Russia's National Security Academy had stated that on September 24/25,2002, a meteorite was shot down over Siberia by an "unknown installation".

In the report of the' Siberian Meteorite' FSR reader Mr A. Calvert referred to the in depth interview that took place between the late Graham W .Birdsall, Editor of 'UFO Magazine' and Valery Uvarov (Apri1 2003 issue). During the interview Mr Uvarov stated "I am answerable to two people above me. They are answerable to the next person above them, who is our president. " Obviously the Russians are treating this matter extremely seriously and are appealing for international participation in an expedition to the area planned for later this year.

<a href="/images/articles/web/%7Elwf0009.gif" target="_blank"><img src="/images/articles/web/tn/%7Elwf0009.gif" alt="Repton Shrubs Encounter" width="205" height="240" border="0" align="left"></a>This is not the first time that the centre of Siberia has been the source of' Alien Base' rumours. In a FSR article (Spring 1997 issue) reference was made to strange domed structures that had been seen in north-eastern Siberia in the area of Verkhniy Vilyuisk, Yakutia by nomads passing through the region. Drawings of dome shaped structures were included in the article. Their origin was unknown and there was some speculation that these were the source of strange lights that had been reported in the area. See left for map (click it for a larger version).

Up to this point, the information that I have referred to had been gleaned from human witnesses, but I am about to reveal an amazing story passed to me by psychic, Peter Gregory.

I have known Peter for several years and I have personal knowledge supporting his claims and experiences. Initially he delved into the world of ghosts and the paranormal, later becoming involved with UFO investigation.

Peter commented "Ghosts played an important part of my early childhood, it's not surprising that when I grew up I would spend a great deal of my time trying to prove their existence. As an adult, I became a psychic investigator in the Grimsby area, spending more than twenty years helping people with all kinds of psychic disturbance. "

At one stage during the winter of 1979 Peter was instrumental in assisting the police in finding two lost children. The two children had disappeared in a blizzard in Glasgow. More than a hundred police searched for them but failed to find any trace of either child.

Peter called on his psychic ability to find them and was able to pass on information to the Grimsby police detailing the fact that the children had fallen through ice on a pond and he gave the location where they may be found. The Grimsby police passed on this news to the Glasgow police, but because of the heavy snow and ice the children' s bodies were not found until six weeks later, only a hundred and fifty yards from the spot where Peter had predicted.

It would appear that Peter may have experienced what is now termed 'remote viewing' and this gift could have been responsible for his ability in later years to describe an Alien base in a remote area of Siberia.

It was during the 1990's that Peter Gregory claimed he had been in psychic contact with a 23 year old Hybrid Alien female who he knew as 'Oona ' .Peter learnt that she was born on Earth as a direct result of alien genetic engineering in the early 1970' s and had spent her entire life at a secret base in Russia and had never seen her home world.

Peter recounted his first impressions of the Alien base:

Strange images of things I had not seen before raced through my brain. One was of a dark grey terrain with high mountains and a red desert that stretched far into the distance. In the foreground stood seven circular domed structures that towered above the countryside like giant steel monoliths. The domes were covered with hundreds of large hexagonal lenses that reflected what little light there was. Their metallic surfaces were completely smooth with no apertures or entrances, they had no base supports of any kind and no other buildings were close to them.

Peter then revealed how he had first made contact with 'Oona' the Alien hybrid. My first telepathic conversation with 'Oona' was in July 1994. 'Oona' said she had chosen to communicate with me because my abductions since childhood had given me a certain empathy with the Greys and this could be helpful if understanding between the two races were to materialise.

'Oona' explained that producing hybrids in their culture was not unusual, as they believe that crossbreeding with other races is a most effective way in controlling the evolution of that species and also ensuring the survival of their own.

Peter disagreed and said that interfering in the natural progression of any society was barbaric and evil.

'Oona' replied "How can you think of us as evil, when mans own violent past is testimony to torture and genocide!" Peter reflected for a moment, "I just couldn't giver her an answer because I knew deep inside that what she had said was perfectly true. "

Peter went on, "If what you say is true, you could easily use genetics as a powerful weapon to eradicate man's influence from Earth within a hundred years."

'Oona' responded "It is not our aim to harm mankind in any way, only to help him realise his cosmic heritage, by creating a race of enlightened beings whose knowledge and wisdom will bring your civilisation to full spiritual awareness. "

As the months passed Peter had a number of psychic contacts with 'Oona', in numerous ongoing question and answer sessions.
N.B. These have been detailed in Peter's booklet 'Alien Contact. The Oona Story , (see end of this article). However, we will return to references to the Alien Siberian Base.

Peter asked "Do the Greys ever use implants on humans?"

'Oona' replied " A few suitable specimens are given implants by use, mainly pregnant females. These devices keep us in touch with the subjects position at all times and makes retrieval of foetuses and embryos simple and efficient. They are also used to closely monitor the physiological changes that occur in the human body and provided important data on the level of dangerous toxins and bacteria in the atmosphere. "

Peter posed the question "I would like to ask about the secret bases you mentioned earlier. How many are there on Earth?"

'Oona' responded, "There are hundreds around the World in every country, most are known to the authorities and have their co-operation but some under sea installations are kept secret for our protection. "

Peter, "Do you live in one of these bases and can you tell me where it is?"

'Oona' replied "No, I am not permitted to give you exact coordinates, but the area is marked on your maps as the Verkhoyansk Range. Our base is approximately six hundred kilometres inland from the town of Tiksi. We are deep underground and nothing can penetrate to that depth."

Peter then asked, "How long have you lived there and what is your function?"

'Oona' "For twenty three years my entire life has been spent at this biological unit. Mostly I assist other medical staff with retrievals ( embryos and foetuses). "

Peter, "When you separate a baby from its mother don't you ever feel any emotion?"

'Oona' "No, because the child is given all that it requires for healthy physical and spiritual growth and usually adapts well to programming. "

Peter, "What about the love and affection that every child needs to grow into a well adjusted adult?"

'Oona', "These emotions are part of the automatic conditioning that is now built into all our programmes."

Peter, "So you have learnt something from us?" (Emotions)

'Oona', "More than you will ever understand!"

Peter, "Can I ask you about the short message that was left on my notepad one night in June?"

IN OUR UNIVERSE THERE ARE INFINITE PERCEPTIONS OF REALITY YET MAN IS CAP ABLE OF UNDERSTANDING ONLY ONE.

IF HE IS TO ENDURE, HE MUST LEARN TO EXPAND HlS ACCEPTANCE OF THlS SIMPLE COSMIC TRUTH. ONLY THEN WILL HE BE ABLE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR PURPOSE IN HlS CREATION AND JOIN US AS EQUALS.

Peter. "What does it mean?"

'Oona went on to explain. "It means that the natural laws of time and space are infinitely variable and do not conform to mans scientific belief He must rethink his whole conception of physics if he is ever to visit distant planets."

There was a short pause, then 'Oona' said "it is late and 1 sense that you are tired. Now would be a good opportunity to end our communication. We will talk again very soon, then I can tell you more about your creators."

Peter said that he looked forward to that. With those last few words 'Oona's' presence was gone from his room, only an empty silence remained. Peter looked across across at the clock, it was 12.04am.

"Although the night was warm somehow I felt chilled" commented Peter. "The last hour had been a strain and also I was a little anxious where this new experience was leading. I sat for a while trying to inwardly digest all that 'Oona' had said, could it possibly be true? Were the Greys here to lift mankind to new spiritual heights or to destroy our culture and claim the Earth for themselves?"

There is an increasing awareness among UFO investigators, that all is not what it may seem. I am referring to our limited visual perception in our three dimensional world.

Are we capable of seeing what is there in front of us? Our eyes have a very limited range of vision, their visible light range is only a fraction of the wide band known as the Electromagnetic Spectrum. Subsequently our brains can only sift through the wide range of signals being presented before us, but are we missing something?

One of the questions most frequently asked by UFO witnesses is "surely someone else must have seen it?" The lack of other witnesses is often puzzling. Does this mean that the UFO witness has a more sensitive visual range than just seeing the basic spectrum of red and orange, through yellow green and indigo to violet?

We are being increasingly presented with cases where someone would see a UFO very clearly and others would not see it, others would see colours and some would not. It is becoming clear that not everyone perceives reality in the same way and in order to confirm our own 'reality', it has to be confirmed by others. Dr. John E. Mack has referred to this phenomenon as "differential perception". It is a phenomenon that is becoming more prominent in the minds of the UFO researcher.

The late Gordon Creighton, then Editor of Flying Saucer review, related the story he had received from a woman who witnessed such an event. She was a passenger on a ferry sailing from the Islands of Scilly to the mainland during the summer a few years ago. The ship was crowded and together with many other passengers she was leaning on the handrail that runs along the side of the ship. They were some distance out at sea, when a disc shaped UFO craft emerged out of the water a short distance away and shot skywards. The woman was amazed by what she had seen and turned to speak to her fellow passengers. She was astonished to see people casually looking out to sea or chatting between themselves. Obviously they were completely oblivious to what had taken place!

Another strange event came to light when I recently interviewed a Mrs W. at llkeston, Derbyshire. She related another such incident:

Mrs W. I was going out to peg the washing out, it was about October 1989 and I saw this thing, it was only above the rooftops. It was a dull, dull colour, not a shiny colour; it was like lead in a pencil, it was that colour. It started to come over, we'd got an alleyway down the back of our house and this lady was talking to me in casual conversation. Then this thing came over our garden, I was watching this round ball and talking to this lady and I thought, well she's not looking at it, so she can't see it. I would have said can you see that? But I thought it's obvious she can't see it.

O.F. She was looking in the same direction as you?

Mrs W. Yes, she was talking to me all the time, while I was looking at this ball.

O.F. There were no windows, just a ball?

Mrs W. Yes just a dull metallic ball. It was about the size of a car where you could sit two people in. Not very big, but it was very low. ~

Mrs W. There were other people coming down and I thought it's there but I didn't say anything. I thought if they can see it, they would have said something by now. Then it started to climb and go up. When it got up higher, it expanded into a brilliant white light and then just shot off.

A few days later, when my eldest boy Lee was at I1keston School, I thought I've got a feeling that strange ball is here again. I went outside looking but couldn't see a thing. I looked around the house and everywhere in the sky and I couldn't see a thing. Then ten minutes later, my son Lee ran up to the house and was banging on the ground floor window and he said "Mum you don't know what I've just seen?" I said I know what you've seen; you've seen a round ball haven't you? He said, "it was right on top of your roof, it had prongs coming out of it and they were rotating." I didn't see it that time, but I'd got a feeling it was there, but I don't know why.

There are further examples of "differential perception" and one of the latest concerns a "Flying Triangle" sighting. A woman witness Mrs. SI of Towcester, Northants, related this:
Mrs SI. It was Christmas Eve 1998 and the time was 10.50pm and I was sitting in the lounge. I don't know what made me go towards the window, but I did and as I looked up, I saw this huge dark triangle object come over. It was travelling East to West and it made a slight droning noise. It-Iike glided and all I saw were huge red lights, but they were at the bottom of the triangle. It was so low, that if it had been a Stealth bomber, it would have taken the roof off, it was that low! My husband was with me and I said to him "can you see that?" He replied, "No I can't see anything." We rushed upstairs, because we knew that if it had gone over the house, it would have gone over to the other side, but there was nothing and he said, "best not say anything." It was huge and had a funny drone to it, what it was I don't know, but my husband didn't see it!

Why can some people see UFO craft and others cannot? The sensory information coming through our eyes is so incomplete and is only a small part of what may exist.

Are we are entering the realms of the Psychic field? There are many reports of people having o.o.b. (Out-of-the-body) experiences associated with UFO craft. One such person, 'Paul' told me "The information I can gather is that the 'Triangles' are from the future and coming back. I saw a photo in a magazine somewhere of a control panel in a Grey's ship and I knew immediately! You put your hands on the panel and that's how you fly it….it's terrifying!"

These witness experiences are only a few of the many that have been related to me. The question that is now in everyone's mind is are the UFO craft travelling in another dimension? Could they be inter-Planetary, inter-Galactic or multi-dimensional?
The Aliens have told us that 'time' is a human concept and of our own making. Could they be Time Travellers, coming from another dimension already here on Earth and visible only to the gifted few?

We only believe what we see and to some extent we see what we believe.

My family was forced to flee England just a few years ago, because of a political matter that they got involved in.  It seems that an ancestor of mine signed the Kings death warrant and when the Restoration took place, at the end of your Civil War, they had to flee for their lives and that's how my family ended up living in the New World!  

I'm glad to be home, it's delightful, I love England and I've always felt that this was partly my home and I want to thank you all for warm welcome that you've given me here.

To the gentleman in the audience from the United States National Security Agency from Menworth Hill, who is here, I also extend my greetings, it's always nice to see these chaps.  They are good people, they are simply doing a job and I've never been to a UFO conference yet, where there wasn't either someone from the NSA or the Defence Intelligence Agency, so I always try to extend a greeting.

How can I begin to tell you how I got into this field, it's kind of strange.  For most of my adult life I was a professional soldier, I spent twenty seven years in the United States Army and most of those years were in the infantry.  A big chunk of those years were in "special operations", "special forces", I was doing all kinds of things and looking back, I look upon it as a mis-spent youth quite honestly, I was always a hard nosed pragmatic soldier.  I was curious about the UFO phenomena, it intrigued me, I was frankly a curious sceptic, which is a good place to begin from anywhere I think.  I remained a sceptic until I had the opportunity to be assigned to the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in 1963.  At that time I was pleased to have a "Cosmic" top-secret clearance which was and still is, the highest security level for NATO.  

When I was assigned to SHAFE headquarters in 1963, I ended up being assigned to the operations division and my place of work was a place called SHOC (Supreme Headquarters Operation Centre).  I learned at that time that a study was underway, this study was classified "Cosmic Top Secret" and it was initiated by a British Air Marshal by the name of Sir Thomas Pike, who I understand is one of your great world war 2 hero's  (Air Vice Marshal T.G.Pike).  Sir Thomas at that time, was the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander of Europe and he worked directly with and under my boss, General Lynham Lemnitzer, who was know as SACEUR (Supreme Allied Commander Europe).

Apparently, this is what had been happening in the 50's and early 60's....large numbers of metallic circular objects of enormous size, flying in formation at extremely high altitudes, at high rates of speed, had been sighted over Europe, repeatedly coming from the Soviet Zone or over the Warsaw Pact area, circling over France, Germany, turning north and disappearing off of our Radar over the North Sea.  This was once or twice, but six, seven or eight times.

These "Fly Overs" very nearly triggered World War 111 between we and the Soviets several times!  For a long time the Soviets thought that these objects belonged to us, we thought they belonged to the Soviets.  As you know we were "eyeball to eyeball" in those years, the Cold War was very cold, but it had a chance of being "very hot" very soon!  We almost started shooting at each other several times.

The Air Marshal had been frustrated, because he had been trying repeatedly to get information from London and Washington on these objects.  What are they, who are they, where are they from and what are they doing?  Sir Thomas Pike was unable to get anything out of Washington or London and we were to find out later that the reason he could not get any information, was that everything that Washington and London sent to us  at SHAPE Headquarters in Paris, France, went directly to Moscow and to the KGB.  The reason that this was happening was that there was an enormous spy ring at that time in Paris and for those of you who may have read Leon Uryses book "Topaz", that book deals in a fictional way with the actual situation that took place in Paris at that time.

When the Allies, the Americans, British and French finally broke that spy ring, there were a number of French ministers who committed suicide, a number of generals were murdered, they were finding bodies out in the woods outside Paris for weeks after that.  Several people were tossed out of high buildings and if you ever get a chance to see the movie on television, by all means do so, because it is based on a series of true events!  

That's why we were not getting information from London and Washington on this matter, so the Air Marshal decided to initiate his own "in house" investigation which took place in 1961.  The investigation was given the title "An Assessment", its sub-title was "an evaluation of a possible military threat to Allied Forces in Europe".  

This study took three years and it involved some of the top people, in their fields, in the world.  They came to England, to Cambridge and Oxford and got some of the finest historians, some of the best people, they went to the top universities in France and Germany.  This study was one of the most thorough and complete analysis that I have ever seen and I must tell you honestly and very bluntly...it changed my life!  
After I had been exposed to it, after I had read the report, and after I had read the conclusions of this report, things were never the same, it turned my life around and I think once I share with you some of the conclusions of this study, you will understand what I am talking about.

The study itself was approximately 1" thick, it was supported by ten separate annexes, documents that were about 8" thick altogether and it was classified "Cosmic Top Secret".

I will give you a little run down on some of the annexes that were in this study.  I must at this point share something with you, for those of you that are retired "military" in the audience, I want you to understand something.  I am violating my National Security Oath today and I am not doing it lightly, I am doing it intentionally after a great series of thoughts about this matter, because in the twenty seven years that I was active, I thought of myself as a loyal, cold warrior.  I respected my service, I respected my country and I do not lightly violate my National Security Oath.  But the "Cold War" is over and I for one cannot see any further reason or further justification for your government and for mine and for all the other governments in the World, that are keeping the lid on this thing, to keep it from you.  I am convinced that you have a need to know and a right to know, because you British tax payers and the American tax payers are paying the bills for this thing.  We have a right to be let in on this, because your country and mine are both democracies, so I want you to understand, those retired Military here, that I am not violating the oath lightly, I am doing it intentionally for a specific purpose.

In my view, this subject that we are discussing this afternoon, is the major issue of our time and I hope that after I'm finished in a little while, that you will agree with me that it is indeed, the major issue of our time.  

I will just run down the list of annexes that supported this study:-

Radar and Electromagnetic Effects
Optical and Light Analysis
Photographic and Holographic Analysis
Historical Research
Metallurgical and Technical Analysis
Atmospheric Physics
Biological Analysis of Autopsies
(In the report, were the complete coverage of the crash and retrieval of an object in Northern Germany in 1962 where twelve small bodies were retrieved.)

I have saved the last three annexes to the last because of in my view they are probably among the most important.  

There was a very thorough and thick annex on:-
Psychological Studies and Psychological Impact
There was an annex on Sociological Effects and Implications
Last but not least and in my view probably one of the most important was: The Theological Implications and Impact.

They had gone to Tubingen University in Germany and got some of the top theologians in the country to study this issue and the conclusions were:- (this is the thing that changed my life and I hope that you will bare with me, mindboggling and breathtaking in my view), the first one was:-

The Planet Earth is and has been, the subject of extensive, massive and very thorough detailed survey by several extraterrestrial civilisations.  These civilisations have demonstrated an extremely advanced technology, possibly hundreds or even thousands of years beyond ours.

The conclusions included that there seems to be a process or a plan of some kind unfolding and that they who are conducting this survey have demonstrated that a development of some kind of programme was under way.  Evidence indicates that this programme has been going on for a very long time, possibly hundreds or even thousands of years.  

The study concluded that there did not appear to be a major military threat involved.  If they were malevolent or hostile, there was absolutely nothing we could do!

I have no need to tell you I'm sure, that when this thing was published and fifteen copies were produced, "Cosmic TOP Secret", only fifteen were ever made, it had an impact on the military leaders at SHAPE Headquarters that was pretty impressive.  At that time, there was an American four star general attached to SHAPE Headquarters, who's title was the "Air Deputy" to General Lemnitzer.  This was General Robert Lee and I have a great regard and a lot of respect for General Lee, he was a professional airman, he had served all through the war, he was highly decorated, highly respected.  

General Lee was a good friend of a general by the name of General Curtis LeMay (Major General Curtis E. LeMay), he used to be the commander of our Strategic Air Defence Air Command (SAC).  When the implications of this study hit General Lee, his aide' told me that the old man sat there with a cup of coffee and his blouse (tunic) open and his hat on the table and he was looking through the conclusions of this thing.  

He said "My God, do you realise what this means, everything we have ever done, everything we have ever accomplished, all that we've got, our weaponry, our machinery, our planes, our missiles, our nuclear weapons....it all means nothing!”

It was really a very horrendous type of thing for a Military man to deal with.  We had just won the war (WW2), a few years before.  We defeated the Germans, we defeated the Japanese, we and the British, the Canadians and all the rest of the chaps.  We were pleased with what we had done, we were proud of our accomplishments and all that and for a career Air Force officer to have to look at a study like this and to consider the implications of what this meant: Highly advanced, several highly advanced, extremely technically advanced civilisations from somewhere else, who could have possibly been not only hundreds of thousands, but there were even people who said "My God, some of the technology we have observed, they could be a Million years ahead of us.  That was the event that changed my life!  

While I was attached to SHAPE Headquarters, I got this document out of the vault every chance I had.  I read it, when many times I was on duty overnight.  At two and three in the morning, for those of you who have been in the Military' it gets very quiet, you get pretty tired and you're bored.  Every time when I would get to that point at three and four in the morning, the "controller" an Air Force Colonel and I, would take the document out of the vault and read it, I almost memorised the thing.

It made such an impact on me, that from that moment on, I have devoted my life, all those years remaining in the Military and all those years since I retired in 1976, to this kind of research.  That was the beginning for me, but it has certainly not been the end.  That study opened my eyes to infinite possibilities and I continue to research UFO's, I continue to research the implications.  I have collected information, photographs, slides, reports, documents, testimony from people who were abducted, testimony from people who were contacted and I am including Air Force Generals, Army Generals, Police Officers all over the United States.  

My files literally are bulging with information that has never thoroughly been analysed.  As Dr Allen Hynek said one time a number of years ago, he was one of our top UFO researchers, for many years he was the consultant to the United States Air Force "Project Blue Book".  Dr Hynek said several times, "we have an over abundance of data, we simply have never sat down and analysed it, to try and conclude what it really means".  Well ladies and gentlemen, that is what I have been doing for about the last thirty years.    

I have personally put together a piece of work that I call "my synthesis".  I have collected fragments, pieces, bits of information from all over the world.  I have established a wide-world network of friends and associates, people I trust, who are also involved in this kind of study, this kind of research. I'm getting information being fed to me continually from Japan, from Germany, from Italy, France,Spain and England.  

My synthesis, which I consider to be my primary life's work and hopefully it will be the one thing I will be remembered for when I'm gone.  In that synthesis, I have included a number of very important things, which is why I'm here to share them with you.

The evidence is literally overwhelming and I say that with considerable thought and meaning, the evidence is overwhelming that the human race is a hybrid race!  We have been seeded here by an advanced intelligence and we have been genetically manipulated for several hundreds of thousands of years to what we are today.  

I shared my findings with a famous Hebrew scholar by the name of Zachariah Sitchin, who has written a number of books on the same general subject.  Zachariah and I agree together one hundred percent.  The thing that is so important to me is that you understand that we have been genetically manipulated from a lower form into a higher form, that genetic manipulation is still going on!  It hasn't stopped, it hasn't ceased, it is still taking place!

This in no way denigrates religious views that people hold, I have to make this point repeatedly when I share this information and I hope that I am not stepping on anyone's toes.  As a student of ancient history and a student of philosophy I have concluded that every major religion on this planet has had the common, single, one origin.  There has been one single beginning and if you study ancient theology, philosophy and history,  you will find that through the tapestry of the human history there is a golden thread that runs through the entire tapestry of our race.  Whether you are a Buddhist, or a Hindu or a Christian, or a Moslem, it doesn't make any difference. Your original theological teachings are all from the same source!

I have read the Hindu's Holy Book, (Name not decipherable *) I have read the 'Sermon On The Mount', by the carpenter from Nazareth, Jesus.  In comparing the two,  ladies and gentlemen, I ask you to do it yourself, it's almost word for word.  Now, either the carpenter from Nazareth had read the Hindu Holy Book (*), or as I like to feel, it was from the same source.  

Krishna and Jesus were getting their information from the same source, they were divulging this revelation to the human race and if you've read the Koran, you'll find the same information there.  We should take pride in the things that bind us together, the similarities of us, regardless of our language or our race, our ethnic backgrounds.  We are all human beings, we are all members of this civilisation on this planet.  We are one people, one World, with one future and that is why I like to share some of this information.

I would like to add some information from people that I respect.  A very, very excellent UFO writer by the name of Jacques Vallee, who is a French astrophysicist, who has written some pretty impressive works.  Jacques has concluded that in our dealing with a control system, I would like to personally recommend one of his books "Dimensions".  Jacques says in his book that we are dealing with a control system, "I propose that there is a Spiritual control system for human consciousness and that paranormal phenomena like UFO's are simply one of its manifestations".  "My speculation is that there is a level of control of society exists which is a regulator of human development and that the UFO phenomena should be seen at this level".  This is from a gentleman who has spent the last twenty five years researching this matter.

There is another excellent book that I would like to refer to those of you who may not have read it, a book by a gentleman with the name Ray' Fowler.  Ray wrote a book called "The Watchers" and he spent years and years researching the UFO phenomena and he is the one who has done the research in the Betty Andraes case.  Ray has concluded, and this is from information that he and Betty have received from the "visitors", that there is no accident here on this planet, all things have been planned.  Man is not made of just flesh and blood, man is more than a physical being.  "They" those visitors have a specific time schedule and that we are on the verge of a revolution in thought that has a limitless magnitude.  "They" have been on Earth since man's beginnings, they have been with us always.  

Those of you that would like to go to the source, read Ray Fowler's book titled "The Watchers", it is first rate.

Now, I must share with you my personal convictions and my personal feelings about this issue.  The more I delve into this over the years, the more I got involved, the more I hopefully have learned.  This to me is not simply an issue of hardware or of visitors' from somewhere else.  We have long ago concluded that this is indeed an inter-Planetary visitation, it is an inter-Stellar visitation, its an inter-Galactic visitation and there is evidence that it is even multi-dimensional.  There is evidence that some of these visitors travel in time, so I will share with you at the end of this, my personal view and why I personally think it is the major issue of our time and why I personally urge you to inform yourselves to study and learn for yourselves.  Don't take my word for it, I am not on a crusade, I am not prophesizing, I am simply trying to stimulate your curiosity.  Get into the research, get into the material that is available for it and come to your own conclusions.  It's imperative that you do that, it is imperative that you prepare yourselves for what is going to happen on this planet in  a few years just ahead, we are going to be in for some very difficult times.  As the Carpenter from Nazareth said, "Seek the truth, because the truth will indeed set you free".

I have concluded after thirty years of study into the UFO phenomenon, that the UFO and all of its related events such as sightings, landings and abductions, represent the obvious in overt manifestation of an ongoing inter-relationship between the human race and an extremely advanced intelligent inter-planetary, inter-stellar and multi-dimensional overt entity that have been deeply involved with us for several thousands of years.  

They are neither uninvited guests or are they visitors.  Some of them appear to be almost immortal by our concept, if they travel space as they travel time, they could be using several other dimensions.  There knowledge, is by our standards infinite, it appears that they indeed have had a hand in our being here.  

Those we see, are those that we are allowed to see, they are part of a heirarchy, representing groups that vary from material human life entities, very much like our own, to powerful and all knowing energy life forms that travel and live in an infinite space/time continuam.  

I must add here that there are a certain number of our government leaders who consider this evaluation to be true.  I personally at one time worked for an agency that at one time had the job of keeping the cover on this secret.  

I know from first hand experience, how paranoid and careful many of our top Military, Political leaders and Intelligence Agency people became, when the evidence began to lead to this conclusion.  It is not a matter of them ever deciding to tell us what they know, many have decided already that we the people at large, can never be told.  They believe that total chaos and havoc would follow the release of this kind of information.  

I disagree with that, I think that we are not that foolish.  I have a great respect for the human race and I have a great respect for the individual person out there and I think that the information has got to be released and I think the information will be released because of people like the researchers that are here today.

There is one single book that is a good beginning if you are not familiar with the history of the UFO phenomena, "Above Top Secret" by Timothy Good.  I spent all these years in the Military, I worked very closely with the "Agency" or as we jokingly refer to is as "The Company", I worked with the National Security Agency, I still have friends in both of those organisations.  

I have personally decided that I am going to "come out of the closet". as it were, tell a few people what I know, what I have learned and what I have concluded and I have found that other people are beginning to do the same thing.

To give you an example, eleven of our astronauts have decided to "come out of the closet" and speak honestly about the things they have learned, the things they have photographed and the things they have seen,  Gordon Cooper to give you one example.

I disagree with the policy of my country, I disagree with the fact that they're keeping it from us and I disagree with the fact that they are manipulating our minds to some degree, I resent that.  As a soldier who spent most of my adult life defending my country, I resent that they are putting me in this kind of a position.  They're deciding to let me know, just a little bit.  A spokesman for "The Agency" about three years ago said " If we are keeping secrets from you, it's for your own good"....I damn well got ready to fight over that.

An ex-CIA official, a gentleman by the name of Victor Marchetti, who was a former executive assistant to the Deputy Director and special assistant to the Executive Director of the CIA, said in 1979,  this is Victor Marchetti's quote, now this gentleman was on the inside of the "Company"....

"We have indeed been contacted, perhaps even visited by extraterrestrial beings and the United States Government in collusion with the other National Powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public".  

"The purpose of the International Conspiracy is to maintain a working stability among the nations of the world and for them in turn to retain institutional control over their respective populations". "Thus for these governments to admit that there are beings from outer space with mentalities and capabilities obviously far superior to ours, could, once fully perceived by the average person, erode the foundations of the Earth's traditional power structure".  

"Political and Legal Systems, Religions, Economic and Social Institutions could all soon become meaningless in the mind of the general public".  "The national oligarchic establishments, even civilisation as we know it, could collapse into anarchy".  "Such extreme conclusions are not necessarily valid, but probably accurately reflect the fears of the ruling classes of the major nations, who's leaders, particularly those in the intelligence business have always advocated excessive governmental secrecy as being necessary to preserve National Security"......

Well, I think Marchetti probably hit the nail on the head, his conclusions are pretty much the same as mine.

I take issue with these findings, I take issue with these conclusions, I take issue with Government that has decided  that, we the people, who pay the bills, cannot be told the truth.

I will close with a line from an author that I have always admired.  In conclusion I must share with you my view, as Leo Tolstoy repeatedly made clear.  "There is something in the human spirit that will survive and prevail, a light that will not go out, no matter how dark the World becomes".  I hold that in my heart and I believe that to be the truth.  

In conclusion, I will ask each and every one of you, to take this with you when you leave here today, that we are facing a future that is going to be frightening.  There will be events taking place in the very near future that will shake the world.  I must tell you that you can arm yourselves with knowledge and truth, do your own research and come to your own conclusions.  

With your personal sense of human integrity, prepare yourselves for some of the things that are going to take place.  If you see a future that looks frightening and dangerous, do not be terribly depressed, the human spirit prevail.  

There is a power, there is an intelligence that has our best at heart and will stay with us and be with us through these years that will come.

I have been delighted to have been invited here and to share some of this information with you.  I have to share one more  thing before I leave.  Just before I went on, I received a telephone call, this gentleman called twice.  It was imperative, according to the message, that he speak to me before I went on....I spoke to an extremely intelligent British gentleman, who I am sure had the benefit of the highest education that you could possibly have in this country and I had a nagging suspicion that he knew more about what he was asking me than he was willing to share.  He knew I was here, he knew all about my background, his one basic question was, "what are you going to talk about this afternoon?"  We had an interesting conversation and I will share it with a few people when this is over.

In closing, I want to leave with you this idea, that we are facing an unlimited future, a door is opening for the human race, to a New World, a New Life, a New Future an Infinite and Limitless Future, that I believe to be a Golden Future.  

We have got to be prepared to step through that door, when this invitation is given to us, to hopefully become a part of this vast Inter-Stellar, Inter-Galactic civilisation, this vast community.  We've got to be ready for it.

Larry Warren (pictured below) was a member of the 81st United States Air Force Security Police, stationed at RAF Bentwaters in Suffolk, during the period 27/28/29 December 1980 when a series of UFO incidents took place. These are known as either the Rendlesham Forest, Bentwaters or Woodbridge incidents.

Together with fellow American UFO Researcher Peter Robbins and Tony James of the East Midlands group EMUFORA, Larry Warren   re-visited the site in March 1994.

I was unable to reveal a number of aspects of the UFO events years ago because of security.  Forget about UFO's, 'they' can snuff that out.  We can be portrayed as either liars, fools, or people just out to make money.

I arrived at RAF Bentwaters on December 1st 1980, after completing extensive air base ground defence and nuclear weapons tactical training.  We had the largest nuclear arms dump in all of NATO, it was split between the two bases (Woodbridge & Bentwaters). I knew that just one of our nuclear weapons could have removed East Anglia with no problem! (Both RAF Woodbridge and USAF Bentwaters are now closed).

On the night of the 27th of December (1980) a police patrol observed lights in the direction of Eastgate Road, in Rendlesham Forest, it was a tall pine forest at the time.  The next night further activity took place and that's when I became involved.

On the night of the 29th of December our security group was called out, we boarded our military pick-up trucks and entered Rendlesham Forest.  Colonel Halt and Lt. England were in my truck and we also carried a lot of lighting equipment.  We were only able to proceed so far before we were ordered to stop in a clearing.  There was an 'armoury' vehicle parked there and we had to surrender our weapons (which we shouldn't have taken off the base anyway).  However, a few people still carried side arms and several people carried radio's.  We had no idea what was happening but we could see a lot of activity down at the end of the road.  There were a lot of flashlights moving about and a lot of radio transmissions.

I was in a group of five with a Lt. and we moved through the woods down a path into the forest.  I could see flares over to my left at about a 100 yards.  There were red surveyor sticks and we heard over the radio "we want you guys to avoid those hot spots", to us that meant radiation areas.  We still had no idea what was going on.

We walked down this logging road and just at that moment we came across our flight chief talking to a young airman sitting on a fallen tree.  He sat holding his head in his hands and was out of control, very upset.  I guess I was in a kind of perceptive shock by this time.

We continued on our way and came over a rise in the ground, I remember the brambles tearing at my legs.  Then we saw this illuminated field, (Capel Green).  The trees were lit up yellow and in the distance we could see a farmhouse, with a light on in an upstairs window.  This 'thing' illuminated everything.  During my visit to the site recently, it all came back to me.  There is no way that it cannot, this event changed my life forever.

In the centre of this field there was a huge light, it was about a foot in height and about fifty feet across. It was self-illuminated, you could see through it at times. Nearby there were cameras set up, movie cameras and video's.  We were told to move into the field and I came to a halt within twenty feet of the object.  It was not hovering and I can only describe it as a "solidified mist".

We all stood there watching it, there were security police from "D Flight", there were two English 'bobbies' and nearby some senior personnel.  Then we saw the 'disaster preparedness" crew move in.  They were equipped with geiger counters and they started going around this thing on the ground.   Then two cows came up and stood staring at the illuminated mist, we never saw them again, I'm not sure what happened. (The cows ran off and were later hit by a taxi).

Then we saw this small red light moving over the top of some trees at the edge of the field.  At first we thought it was an aircraft because the runway is only a mile and half away.  Then the red light moved in quickly over the trees and approached the field in a downward arc.  Then it stopped and hovered  about twenty feet off the ground. It was the size of an American basketball, self-illuminated, not quite red, but that's as close as I can get to it.  Then just as we were watching it, it exploded and light showered down on this object.  I was fairly close to this event and the brilliance of the flash affected my eyes.  Some personnel ran and disappeared back into the forest and a lot of us were left standing there in a state of shock.

Suddenly in place of the mist, there was now a more solid looking object.  It was about thirty feet across at the base and the sides rose up sharply to about twenty five feet in height.  It had delta appendages that came out of it, I don't know whether they were landing gear or not, I couldn't be sure as it was so close to the ground.  It had no windows, no markings, no flags, no country of origin, nothing.

Because of the brilliance of the light you could hardly look at it dead on, if you looked at it from the side of your peripheral vision you could just make out the shape of it.  There it was and we couldn't move.  I felt as if I were in something like a 'dream state', even now I can't comprehend the true dimensions of it.

At this point my sergeant, myself, a disaster preparedness man and my ship commander were ordered to move in on this object.  I noticed that when we were standing close to it our shadows were cast upon it at an angle.  Somehow this object was 'pulling' our shadows.  This effect was strange because we had no lights behind us.  (Once we had got our lighting equipment into the forest, none of it would work!)

Shortly afterwards, we were ordered back to our original position.  At that point the whole object was surrounded by our security police at intervals of about ten feet, there were a lot of personnel out there.  

Then a light moved out of the side of the object and split into three.  In each light you could make out what appeared to be individual beings of some kind.  I saw clearly what looked like eyes, facial features, clothing and some other device, but I couldn't make out the legs and the lower extremities , it was almost as if the light was translucent at that point.

One 'being' moved towards the front, there was a lot of activity, cameras flashing all the while.  Our Wing Commander Lt. Col. Williams, stood nearby with other senior officers (I recognised him, as he was six foot seven).  He conversed with the  people in his group and then he approached these three "beings" or whatever you wish to call them.  As he stood in front of the centre one, it adjusted its head up to his height and to me, this proved that these things were in fact alive.

There was no sign language, no hand shakes and no exchange of Milky Way candy bars!   What happened next was what could be described as a 'face off'.  If there was any communication it must have been by telepathy, who can say, I've never stated what it was.  Suddenly there was a sound in the woods like a tree breaking and these 'beings' retracted under a delta type of thing on the craft.  Their arms moved up tight and then after a minute or so they moved back closer.  I was only about twenty five feet away from all of this activity.  I could see them clearly, they were not standing and there was no three dimensional shape to them.

The two British bobbies were still taking pictures, but then I saw their cameras taken away from them.   (I understand that they are no longer police officers at Woodbridge, one had a mental breakdown and the other was virtually ridiculed off the force and now has an alcohol problem).   

Then my ship commander then told us to return to our vehicle.  We went back over the rise and headed back to the trucks. When we reached the parking area, we could see strange lights in the sky and these strange blue things moving around. We boarded our vehicles and headed back to Woodbridge with our group.

I was totally 'screwed up' over what I had seen or thought that I had seen.  In fact it changed the lives of everyone who was involved in these events.  I know about some of events that took place at Rendlesham, but I still don't know the complete story.

According to other witnesses,  when I had gone, a smaller triangular object appeared in the parking area where the vehicles had assembled.  It was so small that one of the personnel grabbed the object by putting his arms around it.  The object then moved about ten metres with him holding on to it. I believe that the person concerned subsequently suffered severe health effects.  Then another guy got into his pick-up truck and a 'being' or whatever you want to call it, followed it right down the road. Then this creature passed right through the windshield. ( it seemed they could go through metal or whatever).  The driver could see its face quite clearly and he went bonkers' and kicked the windshield right out of the truck.

Other witnesses who were at the scene, have told me that a beam then shot down out of the sky and this 'being' ran straight up the beam into a dark shape hovering above, it wasn't possible to make out what it was.

The next morning, hours after the event, I was back at Bentwaters, having coffee with a number of the other guys who had been at the incident and we were made fun of by the guys just coming on duty on the day shift.  We got it all,  "little green men" etc.  I noticed that my eyes were watering profusely and I had a metallic taste in my mouth.  My buddy looked at me across the table and said "what the hell happened to us?"  I started to talk, but our sergeant told me to shut up.

We had not yet been de-briefed, but I suspected that this was coming.  Then at about 10am, I got a phone call to report up to the security chiefs office.  When I arrived the first thing that happened was that people from the "disaster preparedness" team went over six or seven of us with geiger counters,  I was very scared at this point.

We were then told to sign security documents.  What disturbed me about this paperwork was that it was a pre-typed statement and it said that we were off duty and that we just saw lights flipping across the trees.  We were ushered into the office where we were greeted, not by "men in black" but by men in grey business suits from the United States.  They were very unfriendly looking and they wore plastic laminate I.D. badges, which read "Armed Forces Security Services".

Through our research, we know that "Armed Forces Security Services" is a field arm of the National Security Agency, which is a very dirty bird in this whole story.  There was also a "Commander Green" from the Office of Naval Intelligence in London, (the USAF did not de-brief us).

We were told that this "problem" has existed longer than anyone of us in the room was aware.  They did not say anything about UFO's or E.T.'s, nothing.... we just sat there and listened. The propaganda talk continued and we were warned that if we communicated these events via the mail, via the telephone or in any way shape or form, we would be reprimanded.

We were next shown a film, a debriefing tool, it does only one thing, to confuse you even more about what you have gone through.  After the film finished, we were told to "toe the line" and the government would look after us.  No threats other than this....one of us asked a question, what would happen if we told about this.  The AFSS chap just looked at us and with a smile said "bullets are cheap!"  Everyone laughed, but it was kind of sick.

Then I heard a humming sound to my right and I looked over and there was a guy I knew was from the American "Bible Belt".  (In that faith there is no one bigger than Jesus and certainly no one else is coming to Earth).  The humming was coming from this guy, he was holding a small pocket bible and reciting "Hail Mary", "Hail Mary", non-stop!  That was really sad because he was a nice type of a guy, but he was destroyed by this.  He went "a.w.o.l." two weeks later, was picked up at Chicago airport by the FBI and returned to the base.

I was on patrol duty the night that he called in and said he was going to kill himself.  We and another vehicle patrol responded,  but it was too late.  He had put an M16 into his mouth.....that was the first time that I had ever seen death.

In these events, lives were lost and this is something the government doesn't want  disclosed.

Later on, together with a friend of mine,  I went to one of the red public telephones on the base and telephoned my mother.  I figured they were never going to watch that.  I got through and said "You're never going to believe this but last night we saw a UFO and it landed on the base"......suddenly she wasn't there anymore!  I knew I was in trouble, because we have a thing called "Comsec" (communications security).

Later, I was called into the base command centre and accused of breaching security. I denied it several times, but then they played me a tape of my phone call and offered me two choices.  I could lose my stripes or have a fine of $300.  There would have been no reprimand and nothing in the record books.  I went for the money. After that I was watched constantly.
Many witnesses were sent on temporary duty assignments to Egypt and all over the World,  there were guys I never saw again!  I didn't think that this cover-up was as deep as it was, but you just can't imagine it until it happens to you and you see it go on.

Films and photographs of this event do exist and this has been verified by senior people above me.  I didn't know until later, that RAF Watton tracked these object for three nights.  The USAF went to them, explained what happened and then asked if they could borrow the radar tapes. They took the tapes away and they were never returned.  This caused political repercussions, but it was then quietly covered up.

On the 10th of January 1981, a few days after the incident, I visited the Optical Retina Clinic at Lakenheath, as my eyes were causing me problems.  After extensive investigation, I was informed that I had burns to the retina of both eyes. (Larry Warren later stole his medical records, as he was sure they would disappear).  Another problem that developed in later years was bleeding through the skin and after a number of medical tests, I was told "you are showing signs of radiation sickness".

I no longer worked as a security police officer and had been relegated to a typing job in a back office where "they" could keep an eye on me.  I subsequently decided to quit the USAF and after contacting a lawyer, applied for an honourable discharge on the grounds of "breach of contract". My request was granted and duly signed by Col. Gordon Williams on September 15th 1981.

It was only revealed last year (1993), during an interview with Lt. Col. C.I.Halt (Deputy Base Commander USAF), that the actions of the UFO's had affected the nuclear weapons in their underground storage areas.  This happened when the UFO's shot their beams of light down over the Woodbridge Base.  The light beams apparently penetrated the "hardened" nuclear storage bunkers and somehow affected the weapons stored within, making many of them useless.

Peter Robbins the American Researcher and associate of Budd Hopkins had been working with Larry Warren on a new book about the incident called "Left At East Gate" (the NSA have asked for changes to be made to the book, but this has been refused). Peter visited the Rendlesham Forest location 8 years after the incident during his research on the book.  He confirmed that the ground was still discoloured.  Soil samples were taken from the site and these were later analysed, showing "profound differences when compared to soil in the adjoining area".
